What I really appreciate about Nick: 1. Response time. Hot water was out on a Saturday, Nick responded right away and did what he said he’d do when he said he’d be there. 2. Recommendations. Nick made appropriate recommendations without over/up-selling. My existing water heater was 14 years old and rusting/corroding. Nick made great recommendations to fit a variety of budgets without being pushy or salesy. I loved and respected that. 3. Quality of work/value. I decided to use Nick to replace water heater. He added an expansion tank and drilled through foundation for relief line. Most plumbers are not a one stop shop/one man show like Nick is. Good plumbers are hard to find. I didn’t comparison shop/price because I could tell I trusted Nick and he will stand behind his work. If scale goes to 11, Nick is an 11+.
