1. The service was costly. 2. The tech argued with me on how to resolve the issue 3. I ended up solving the problem and supplying the 2x4. 4. He called me “pretty lady” when he was addressing me. 5. He yelled a lot inside and out during early morning hours. 6. He didn’t set the box correctly and the dry wall installer had to move it. 7. They didn’t clean up. I had to sweep up all the mess when they left.

I needed wiring to the ceiling of my patio and the fan to be installed. The company reached back to me within the hour and the appointment was set for the following week. The consultation is free. Unfortunately their quote was over double the price I had received from 2 other electrical company. Therefore I did not use their service.

Angelina, the scheduler who helped us over the phone, and Mike, who did the work, were amazingly friendly, prompt, responsive, and efficient. We ended up having more work done than we'd planned, and I can't judge whether the price was high or low, but Mike did exactly what he said he'd do and when he said he'd do it. And he did it quickly and in the rain.

Lights are hung at two different levels, was told tech would be back to fix and complete job. Monday all I got back was that he was busy and would get back to me.
