Josh and David were great! they were early to the appointment, I asked if I could help them they said no, I was able to leave them with my storage unit and meet them back at my apartment but no hassle. they were able to get everything moved within the 2-hour period with just a 30 minute overlay which was much appreciated. they were nice and professional and funny. I really enjoyed them. would definitely recommend.
Amazing company! I had some auction items that included two pallets of losing a shed and some shiplap. It required precise timing to be picked up. The company communicated and coordinated everything perfectly. Christy was great from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Nifty Pro Movers scheduled three separate appointments to move a single couch, and they were late for all three. I had to rearrange my schedule multiple times because they couldn’t arrive anywhere close to the times they committed to. To make matters worse, the dispatcher, BK, was incredibly rude, condescending, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Rather than apologizing for the repeated delays or taking any accountability, I was met with attitude and disrespect. After wasting so much of my time over three failed appointments, I asked for some form of compensation or goodwill gesture for the inconvenience, but that request was not honored. What concerned me most was that BK also attempted to move our communication off the Thumbtack platform by texting me from his personal phone number instead of keeping our conversations within the app. That struck me as highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Between the repeated lateness, poor communication, refusal to make things right, and the dispatcher’s conduct, I cannot recommend this company. There are plenty of moving companies that will respect your time and treat you professionally—this was not one of them.
My experience with Nifty Pro Movers was extremely disappointing. My move was about as straightforward as it could be. I had very little furniture, and every bin was clearly labeled by destination, with fragile and heavy items marked accordingly. Even the crew leader, Troy, walked through everything, took photos, smiled, and repeatedly commented that this was one of the easiest and smoothest moves he had seen. Based on that, I expected the move to go well. Unfortunately, the first red flag came when the second mover told me point-blank that it didn't matter to him whether the bins were labeled "fragile." That attitude quickly showed in the way my belongings were handled. Although I had carefully shrink-wrapped my dresser myself, the crew brought moving blankets and never used them on any of my furniture. At the first drop-off location, they overloaded the moving cart to the point that bins and bags were falling off. I wasn't present at the final destination, but my family member was, and I immediately started receiving reports that one of the storage bins had been dropped and shattered. They also dragged heavy bins across our bamboo hardwood floors, leaving noticeable scratches. The only response was a casual apology. The most upsetting discovery came after the movers left. My shrink wrap had been torn, and my dresser had clearly been dragged against something. The top and sides were deeply scratched and dented, causing permanent damage to a piece of furniture I had taken great care to protect. What makes this even more frustrating is that we tipped both movers generously, the move was exceptionally well organized, and they still handled our belongings carelessly. The only positive part of the experience was my interaction with the receptionist. However, after I filed a damage claim, no one ever followed up. I received no response regarding the damaged furniture, and although the receptionist told me she would call me back to discuss the claim, she never did. I'm genuinely glad that others have had better experiences, but based on my own, I cannot recommend Nifty Pro Movers. If you value careful handling of your belongings and responsive customer service, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.
I would not recommend using this company. Furniture was damaged during my move, plus the job was not completed. They have yet to assemble some furniture that they disassembled during the move. My move was well over 3 weeks ago and trying to get someone to come back to finish the job has been a nightmare.

First the pros - scheduling was a breeze and Christie from the front desk was super accommodating and even when things went not so well - really tried to salvage the situation Con - The move and the movers that did the move. - Ill prepared for the job - did not bring any covers and borrowed a tarp from us and did a poor job covering the bed . Didn’t have a bed moving equipment and dragged the bed on the garage thereby leaving it a mark. Dinged the door and the floor so badly. Again to Christie’s credit she sent someone to clean the bed next day and at least the bed was cleaned up We are not the ones to make a big fuss about things - but these two movers were just not profesional in nature - just not ready for the job - nice people but they shouldn’t be in the moving business.
