Completely unprofessional. After scheduling an appointment in advance for noon on a Thursday and being prepared on time, she never showed up. After calling the office an hour later, there was no explanation as to what happened. I was ghosted by this company not only on the day of the appointment but for several days afterwards. Not only did she not show up, but she made no offer to reschedule or provide an explanation as to why she was late/fully cancelled. I understand that people are busy especially during this time of year, but this company lacks general professional courtesy.
