They were terrible. Cancelled a few times. The second time it was because the cleaner’s son broke his arm. That’s fine. The 3rd time, they showed up and only stayed for two hours when we asked for a full condo cleaning. They only cleaned the upstairs and it wasn’t good. Avoid this scam company.

Reviews
Do not hire this BS company. Totally unprofessional cleaners did a terrible job. They said two people could get the job done in three hours and when we returned, the entire upstairs was not done except the bathroom. We had to pay them for another hour to finish the two bedrooms upstairs and several other areas they didn’t do. But when we came back we had to ask them to clean under the bathroom sink where there was dust balls, and dental floss and wipe down other areas they missed. We did a quick walk-through after very long stressful day, noting several areas we caught and asked her to take care of. But we should’ve inspected it much closer. After they left, I checked things a little closer. What you see in the pictures, dirty behind toilet, around trash closet, bottom stove drawer, Qtips, insects and dirt near the baseboards. Plus I had to re-mop and shine all the floors. She used vinegar on the floors stripping them and leaving a blotchy film everywhere , it looking like old dull floors. The bottom drawer of the oven was untouched and very dirty. I could go on but basically they did a very bad job. Especially for the amount of time that they had to do it. I sent the pictures to them and several messages. She finally got back with a whole lot of excuses and offered a 10% discount. I suggested a discount in the amount that would cover one and a half hours of work for one person, which is what I had to do going back and doing the work myself. And in return, I would not post the pictures of their terrible work. She responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner accusing me if blackmailing her and threatening her and would report it to thumbtack. I am actually reporting this to thumbtack myself. She actually responded to this review with lying and saying that I had roaches just to add insult to injury. This has caused me a lot of stress as I had a very late night and had to re-clean the house and re-clean and polish the floors because ruined the finish and I was listing at the following day. Just save yourself a lot of money. Save yourself some grief and hire real professionals, this company is BS.
Did not do anything that was expected of them. House was still in bad shape after they left. They took no accountability about how bad of a job they did. Once I mentioned this they tried to blame me and acted unprofessionally and wanted to argue with me and not even listen to what the problem was. 100% do not recommend them.
The cleaners arrived on time before me! We did a walk through before to discuss my needs. They did a thorough job of cleaning and I will consider them for future jobs!
When the job wasn't done as expected the response to remedy the situation was prompt.
I was very pleased with the service provided. The employee arrived on time, was polite, and worked very hard. I plan to hire from this company again.
We hired out No BS Cleaning for a last second deep clean of our house. They responded promptly, communicated regularly, and Dulcie who came out did an amazing job! She spent hours going over the rooms in our house and it looks like a 180 on how it was before. Thanks again!
They did a great job! They even helped fix a part of my oven that was crooked. I would definitely go to them again!
