Great. Repaired my external stairs. The initial repair didn't work as well as I liked, but they came out two more times to add additional repairs with no complaints, and everything eventually worked perfectly!
Waited around all day, never showed up. They called once to say running late "on the way", i waited more- but never came or called any time after. After a few days of waiting, still never heard back.
Cheap, fast, good - pick two. In this case, the company was not cheap, but was experienced and efficient in getting the work done well.
I scheduled an appointment for someone to come and I stayed home ready for the person and they gave me a time frame window of 2 hours of when the person would possibly arrive and no one ever showed up. 3 days later after I messaged them to tell them that no one showed up still no one has contacted me to tell me what happened
Super responsive during intense storm and active leak situation. Tackled our building's water intrusion problem on the first visit ! (This has been an issue for 2 years with multiple waterproofing contractors not able to determine root cause).
