About NOCO design/build

NOCO design/build offers tasteful, thoughtful design paired with hands-on architectural, contracting, and engineering support in the Denver metro area. We specialize in the full design/build process, so you work with one small, dedicated team from initial concept through construction. With 8 years in business and a lean two-person team, we stay closely involved in every detail of your project—whether it’s a kitchen or bathroom remodel, basement finish, new deck, or a full home renovation. Our focus is problem solving, clear communication, and smart design within a modest budget. Because we design with the build in mind, our projects tend to move more smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. If you’re ready to explore your project, we’d be happy to discuss your ideas and next steps.

Highly recommend working with Innate AEC for your home projects! I had a great experience with them. They were responsive, clear on the project, had great communication, and did quality work on the project.

I had a glass block wall that needed to be removed. It was next day service and they showed up early ( such a refreshing change!) impeccable work and great clean after the demo . It was a 10 out of 10

great work; very thorough in their process and helped a ton in our commercial project in Denver International Airport. Looking forward to working with them again.

Michael responded immediately to my inquiry. We scheduled a site visit to discuss a master bath remodel and within 48 hours I had an amazing, well-thought-out design. I highly recommend Innate Design for all your architectural and construction needs.
