Reviews
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Aleksandr at NON STOP Repair. He is incredibly knowledgeable, technically skilled, responsive, and dependable. My dryer had been struggling to dry clothes properly despite repeated troubleshooting. Aleksandr quickly diagnosed the problem and discovered that the dryer had a bent rear panel, apparently consistent with damage during transportation or delivery, which interfered with and damaged the heating element over time. What impressed me most was his professionalism and transparency. He promptly called me to explain his findings, sent me photographs documenting the damage, and provided the repair cost upfront. Once I approved the work, he completed the repair during the same visit. The entire process—from diagnosis to repair—took about two hours! Even more impressively, when I asked him to document his technical assessment of what caused the failure, he took the time to prepare a detailed written inspection report that I could use in resolving my dispute with the retailer. That level of care and willingness to stand behind his professional assessment really sets him apart. It's rare to find someone who combines such strong technical expertise with excellent communication, efficiency, honesty, and genuine commitment to helping the customer. Aleksandr didn't just fix my dryer—he gave me a clear understanding of what went wrong and the documentation to support it. Aleksandr is now my go-to person for appliance repairs. If you want someone knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and trustworthy, I wholeheartedly recommend NON STOP Repair. You won't regret calling him!
Even though the problem could not be solved he was very informative and provided valuable information
Alex was super responsive to come out and check on our dishwasher. He walked us through what was the issue and the pricing to fix it. I'll definitely reach out to him again if we need to get any of our other appliances repaired!
Responded quickly, same day repair, explained issue and repair
Outstanding service! Will certainly call again in the future!!
Great service, professional communication, and reliable workmanship. Highly recommended for appliance repairs and maintenance.
Alex did an amazing job troubleshooting the problem with my GE refrigerator and discovering I had a defective control board. Knowing I’m capable of replacing parts on my own, he gave me the part # to order on my own. After a few days the part arrived and after installation, the fridge immediately started to function as expected. I highly recommend Alex at Non Stop Repair for any appliance related issues.
Great work. Very quick response time.
This was a wonderful experience. Alex responded quickly and came to service my dryer the same day. He was very professional and efficient. Not only did he repair the dryer but he cleaned the lint out of various places as well. His service was very affordable! The dryer is working perfectly!
