Extremely unprofessional! We did a call to discuss the project, which was a good conversation, with him stating ' I'll send you some example ideas tomorrow' and work up a quote. The next day, I had to contact him over and over, and he finally answered ' oh I'm doing a shoot and will send you the estimate shortly." Shortly never came, he ghosted me and then 3 days later tells me ' oh I had another commitment', essentially 5 days from the event without a videographer. I'll find one, but I suggest someone who isn't professional, and acts like he can care less about you as a customer, and definitely RELIABLE!!

Claudio does excellent work and has a great eye for details. He's very accommodating to make sure that you get the shots that you need. He worked with me to get both the video and product images perfect, along with testing some postproduction ideas out. I have plans for location work in the future and I will be asking for his help again. Great person and easy to work with! Hire him!
Claudio’s work is amazing! I would definitely hire him and his team again next time I’m doing an event in San Antonio. Easy to work with and understands your vision. Thank you again!
Claudio showed up when he said he would, was a complete professional, and has proven himself very responsive to my questions after the video shoot. His charges were also reasonable. I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone.
We worked with Nopal Video and couldn’t be happier! He delivered everything exactly as promised, was easy to communicate with, and worked within our budget. Great experience from start to finish — highly recommend!
They did a great job for our event in San Antonio. I'd recommend their work.
ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! We had a men’s retreat for my financial services team and wanted a professional videographer to capture it all and put it in a video recap. Claudio was super responsive, showed up on time, and quickly grasped what we were looking for. He was super friendly, paid attention to every detail, and everyone loved him. The final product was 10x better than I could have imagined! I will 100% be working with Claudio again, and many times. Thank you so much for doing such a great job and creating such a great memory for us!!! Highly recommend!!!
He confirmed that he was coming, but at the last minute, he backed out. He said the reason was that we had negotiated for the party to be in Austin, and as confirmation, he sent me an email where it clearly states "Jarrell." However, everything happens for a reason. We ended up hiring another videographer, Federico Alotto, at the last minute. He is a videographer for Ferrari, and the work he provided was amazing. We paid double the amount for him, but the professional quality of the video we received was like a Hollywood movie, and it was very affordable. If you want to ensure that your videographer doesn't back out at the last minute, consider using someone else.
I hired Nopal to cover my book launch event and the video production and photography was exceptional. He was punctual, professional and had an eye for detail. I was impressed with how he captured the entire event. The promotional video summed the entire event nicely. I highly recommend him for your special events.
Wonderful experience using Nopal. Received exactly what we requested and very professional from start to finish
