We used Nordique Chef for a 5th Birthday party. Working with Mark was fun and easy. He took our wants and created the most perfect menu which turned into the most perfect dinner any of us 4 ever had. We are all still dreaming about that dinner months later!

We booked Chef for a low key private in home experience for a bachelorette weekend. We were all blown away by the presentation, taste and quality of our vegetarian tasting menu. Chef gave our group the experience we were looking for and would not hesitate to hire him again. We were also impressed with how once our tasting was complete he left the kitchen as if he had never even been there!
