Brian was very professional, and personable. He diagnosed probable cause for problem with Kitchen Aid built-in combination microwave/oven which due to it's age(installed 2003) meant parts no longer available. Since he could not provide full service and repair unit, he was about to leave with no charge to me. He agreed to accept half his fee to cover the time (30-40 min.) he spent at our house. Definitely will call on Brian again, if other needs arise.
