Reviews
I appreciate the options Jose has on my project of extending existing space for SF code.
I couldn’t be happier with the work done! From the very start, he was incredibly responsive, getting back to me quickly and starting the project within just a couple of days. The entire experience was seamless, especially since the team managed the project while I was out of town. They took great care to keep the house clean and regularly sent progress pictures, which gave me peace of mind. The team did an outstanding job reframing the window, replacing studs with dry rot, installing insulation, and completing the project with drywall, texture, and paint. Their attention to detail and dedication to quality was evident in the final result. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality work!
Helped repair some rotted out framing and subfloor from termites. Quick to respond and easy to work with. Reasonable charges, and helped ensure a clean finish.
The job was fairly quoted & done with efficiency. I’m very pleased with how the job turned out and would be more than happy to book North Pacific builders again for any work on my home.
Jose and his team provided fair pricing and hopped on my project quickly
Very UNPROFESSINAL! Jose the guy we spoke to made an appointment with us and then when the day came I texted 2 hours in advance just to confirm and he didn’t even bother to respond! He completely just GHOSTED US after my husband rushed over an hour to get to the appointment on time!! Horrible horrible professionalism, wouldn’t be surprised if it reflected his work as well.
I asked Sanchez Construction to rebuild 7 new closets for me after the old closets were demo'd. He responded very quickly and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. The overall job took longer than expected however he was always on time, brought on additional help as needed, and did a great job. Highly recommend and looking forward to hiring him again
Very professional and punctual. Highly recommend.
Jose and his guys were great. Very responsive and good quality work. They were able to start work the next day! Will certainly hire again.
