Emerson is good and completed the job to my satisfaction. He installed 3 lights, a fan, and repaired an outlet in a day. I will rehire him for my future projects.

Reviews
They installed several fans, some switches, a chandelier. The work is holding up so far, a few weeks later. The problem is the experience. It was frustrating to provide clear written details multiple times, call to confirm, then have the price change on the phone. There were also some additions after they showed up, refusal to do work we’d agreed to multiple times. And apparently clear instruction to the technician who arrived not to do “troubleshooting” despite our agreement that it was part of it. This pro needs a way to keep track of details so the experience is better. We will not be recommending them elsewhere.
Unprofessional, cancelled their appointment multiple times after I moved my day around for them.
They did a great job , worked very clean and fast same day worked for first visit.
The installer was prompt, worked quickly without sacrificing quality and it was a great value for my three fans that needed to be installed.
Emerson did a very good job of installing the light fixture and the wiring.
Emerson was incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job installing our ceiling fan. Everything looks great and works perfectly. Highly recommend his work!
Excellent quality service, he was done with the repair 30 mins!!! I’ll hire him again!!!
Yesterday he sent me a quote 2k, I told him, yes, you had my business, he told me today is 2.8k, and he told me he forgot when he gave me that quote 😊
This company is terrible read the reviews I highly recommend using a different company they are dishonest and not trustworthy at all..
Excellent Job, very satisfied
Arrived next day and helped us with multiple problems with our electrical!
Emerson did a great job on our outdoor lighting install. Responsive, caulked around fixture, great value.
The electrician was knowledgeable and on time. He got straight to work restoring my power!!!
Dispatcher did not reach out to me for critical information regarding the job until 3 hours prior to the appointment. The original appointment was for 10am, then the dispatcher revised the time TWICE before the electrician showed up 2 hours past the original appointment. The electrician was kind (only reason this isn’t 1 star), but he could not clearly communicate price and insisted that he has to send everything he does to the company and then they bill it. End result: $500 just to cut a recess in a stud and install an outlet (~1.5 hrs). Never hiring this company again.
Northern Electrical Solutions did a fantastic job installing three new outdoor light fixtures at my home. From the initial scheduling through project completion, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I appreciated that they didn’t rush the job. They took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and functioning exactly as it should. Their workmanship and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who communicates well, shows up as promised, and takes pride in delivering quality work. I would not hesitate to use Northern Electrical Solutions again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable electrical services.
Very responsive! I had a dead outlet that I couldn't figure out, and they responded to my cry for help on a Sunday!
Emerson was very professional. He installed 2 ceiling fans in my home. Very affordable as well. Highly recommend.
They did a fantastic job installing my EV level 2 charger. They offered a competitive price with quality workmanship.
