Great work and communication on quoting process. Fast scheduling and professional landscaping / mulching. The site was left clean and looking good!
They were adamant about fitting me in the schedule before the anticipated storm. Once the precipitation started, I just happened to look out the window. They were hard at work. Driveway shoveled, walkway shoveled, sidewalks shoveled and ice melt sprinkled. My neighbor sent me a text message telling me my driveway looked amazing! In anticipation of the second snowfall they came and pre-treated with more ice melt. There was no need to even shovel. One of the best decisions I've ever made.
Very happy with Northern Outdoor. Quick response from them, good value and they took care of my property quickly after the snowstorm. I’m very happy to recommend them.
The yard looks great they arrived ontime and the price was great! Will definitely be repeat customer I highly recommend, professional, courteous service.
Had an appointment set for this morning and no one called or showed at the house. Very disappointed but I also should’ve read the other reviews as this seems to be a common theme with this company. Recommend hiring someone else.
Honestly I thought he responded off a quick. I assumed he would get back to me with a price he never did. If you’re looking for a quick service don’t use this company
Terrible customer service. I signed a contract as you can see here. It states that Northern Outdoor Services supposed to come out May 2 or May 3. No one showed up. I called numerous times and no response. I should of look at the other reviews
They are great at cutting the yard and give a reasonable estimate. I appreciated that they don't cut the grass until you want it to be cut. They are considerate on what time of day they cut the grass.
Very responsive and reliable
Thanks!!
Great company and great work.
Do not recommend. He promised and billed me for work that he did not do. Even the work he did do, was below standards. The worst mulch experience I've had in 30 years.
Provided this company with very clear instructions for what needed to be done for the job and when they finished, only half the job was completed. They then proceeded to give us every excuse in the book about why the job wasn't done and even tried to tell us they "disclosed" why certain things couldn't be done even after it was agreed to with the guy a spoke with, Matt. Terrible follow through, dishonest dealing and would not recommend for any cleanup work around your home. Maybe just for grass cutting, but that's it. Now I have to hire another company to do what these guys were suppocsed to do in the first place!
This company has came to my property multiple times and consistently moved things onto my neighbors property. My neighbors complained and I had to clean up after them. One instance they didn't edge my grass though I pay for it. All in all, I let all the issues go and let the service continue. It wasnt until they broke my fence and still expected me to pay for their service. When confronted the gentlemen said I never contacted them and insisted I still needed to foot the bill. I replied with pictures of the damage and no response. Pay someone you can trust with your property.
These guys definitely knew what they were doing
Northern Outdoor has been reliable and has provided excellent service. Strongly recommend their services!
