They did a good job in cleaning but accidentally broke one of my stove knobs. They took it with them saying they will order one and fix it for us but I have been following up since then and there is no reply. That’s very unprofessional. I wish I should have kept that knob myself so that I could plan to fix it myself.

They provided a very quick response to the request. Had a phone call to discuss what I wanted done (deep cleaning of the house including cobwebs, baseboards, trim, windows, including unfinished basement) estimate was $340. We scheduled for 12 pm another day, morning of that day they texted saying they would be there at 9 am. I reminded them we scheduled for 12 and said the earliest I could meet them (coming back from work) would be 10:15 and they said that would work. When they arrived we walked the house, I again outlined everything I was looking to have done (general cleaning plus windows, cobwebs removed, baseboards and trim cleaned, etc.). He said it would take them an additional hour so the cost would be $420 - I asked for $400 and he accepted. However they were only at the house for 2 hours, so how an “extra hour” was supposedly $80 but the rest was $340 doesn’t add up. When I got home from work that evening I found some areas cleaned very well and other areas not so much. Some examples are that they didn’t move the couch (photo will show dust under the couch - I don’t usually move the couch either but since this was a deep cleaning I expect they would), missed the mantle, there are still dead leaves from a plant on the ground, was able to get dirt piled by the stairs with my hand, they moved movie theater chairs to clean but then didn’t move them back and once I moved them back there was debris under where they had left the chairs so they clearly moved them and cleaned then didn’t move them back so missed an area, none of the cobwebs in the kitchen were taken care of (a spot I specifically pointed out as we walked and had talked about on our call), and more minor things I won’t go into. The areas they did get to that weren’t missed are cleaned well. My bed has an interesting blanket on it and you could see the imprint from where two people had sat on it - I get needing to sit down but if you’re only there for 2 hours and this is a deep cleaning it doesn’t really make sense to me you’d be sitting on my bed. I took these photos afterward and provided the photos to them to show the areas missed (I’m attaching them here) and he said that he was sorry but the best way to make sure things are really clean is to schedule an additional cleaning. If I’m paying for a deep cleaning I should not need to schedule a secondary cleaning. Overall this experience was fine but not what I anticipated when I hired for a “deep cleaning” - it felt like a regular cleaning once over. I unfortunately would not hire them again, would not recommend to a friend.

Scheduled right away and showed up when expected. Brought their own supplies to do a thorough deep scrub on my bathroom (which is mostly tile.) It’s absolutely sparkling and took only 1 hour! I’m so glad I called these folks. Thank you for a super stellar job. I will definitely use NW deep cleaning service again.

I am writing this in hopes to either save a potential client their time and money or so the company doesn’t do this in the future. I scheduled a deep cleaning and no one ever showed up. They no called no showed and wasted my time through their lack of communication. I understand things come up, but I scheduled this on July 16 for a service on July 31, there was ample time to communicate to me if you needed to reschedule. I hope this was a one time mess up but it’s best other people know for the future.

We had an excellent experience with NW Deep Cleaning. They performed our complete move-out cleaning, including carpet cleaning beautifully! Our leasing agent complemented their work saying she had never seen the house so clean! They were on time and did a complete and thorough job! Highly recommend!

No invoice, says licensed, bonded and insured, I see no evidence. The pics are just the tip of the iceberg. Terrible and sloooowwww workmanship. Not thorough or detailed in the least bit and this was for a heavy duty deep clean which Will knew ahead of time. I paid for extra servìces and that pic shows thw oven cleaning job! I want my $30 tip back and all my extra services refunded. This wasn't even good for a basic cleaning, let alone a heavy duty deep clean that I said he should send more than 2 or it would take a really long time. I even ordered these ladies lunch! The audacity to evem take a tip...wow. plus they left me their garbage, barely cleaned the outside of cabinets and wouldnt take like common cabin contents out to clean insude kichen cabinets. Zero busines being in business! Dead fly and dust on blinds. Will acted like he didn't know the details we discussed and he didn't even tell his workers the services I paid extra for, ir wven that it was a deep clean! He set this whole thing up for failure, zero work ethic. Tried to bait and switch on pricing like his reviews on all platforms describe. Hire professionals instead of this scam show! He refused to invoice ke through thumbtack or yelp due tk charges he incurs, like that is ky problem??? It is the cost of doing business. I am sure he just doesn't want to have to follow quality guidelines and this probably costs customers from being guaranteed theough the platforms. I still have no invoice or receipt.

I recently hired this cleaning service for a deep cleaning of my new home before moving in, and I regret to say that my experience fell short of expectations in several ways. The Positives: • The cleaning team did show up and complete most of the basic cleaning tasks Areas of Concern: Poor Communication & Punctuality: The cleaning team arrived over an hour late for our scheduled appointment without any advance notice. Despite my attempts to reach them through calls and text messages, they were unresponsive until they finally replied stating they had mistakenly recorded the wrong time. While mistakes happen, the lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional. Discount Misunderstanding: When they realized their tardiness, they offered a $50 discount, which I accepted. However, upon payment, they claimed this discount was only applicable for rescheduling (not for the inconvenience caused that day), contradicting our earlier agreement. To avoid further conflict, I paid the full amount, but this felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Quality of Service: Most disappointingly, the “deep cleaning” I paid over $400 for was not thorough. After moving in, I discovered the sides of the stove were completely untouched and covered in built-up grime. This oversight makes me question what other areas may have been neglected. For a premium service marketed as “deep cleaning” with special attention requested for the kitchen, this was particularly disappointing. Bottom Line: While I appreciate that most areas of my home were cleaned adequately, the combination of tardiness, poor communication, misrepresentation of the discount offer, and incomplete cleaning of specifically requested areas means I cannot recommend this service. For the premium price point of over $400, customers should expect reliability, transparency, and thorough attention to detail.

NW Deep Cleaning Services did a great job doing a move out cleaning for us. We had been in the home for 10 years with 3 cats and 2 kids and it needed a good deep clean before renting. They were extremely responsive and really showed me that having my business was important to them, even when we had to reschedule and push the service out 2 weeks. Though on the day of, there were some hiccups, they more than made up for it with the thorough and fantastic job they did. The house has never looked better! Thank you so much for your hard work. I'm happy we got to support a small and local family business. Highly recommend!
