Reviews
Two young guys did the work, but the results were those of seasoned professionals. I enjoyed working with them.
Windows still had streaks on them after they finished cleaning and they ghosted me after when I asked for a receipt
Worked quickly and did a great job exterior and interior plus screens
I had a great experience with this company from the quote to the service and invoicing. High quality service!
Londo is very polite, super clean, and fast. The windows are super clean and left no trace they were even here after the job was done. Highly recommend them.
Quick, professional, great work!
The were responsive. The person sent was very young. Nice, polite and helped me remove and put back a shading cloth so it wasn't in his way to clean a gutter. But most the gutters he cleaned were not done detailed and he missed several areas. He offered before he left to have me check his work but I had another vendor I was working with. The one gutter I could see, looked great so I said Im sure its fine and let him go. But once I was free I could see there were area's completely missed. Down spouts, seems, edges of interior of patio cover. When I explained this to NWP the only offer was to drop the price 30$. Id rather itd just been done well. Im overwhelmed with tasks to sell my home. $270 later for a little job, I still have to get on a ladder and clean some parts of 3 sides of house, which is a real bummer.
I had a very positive experience with Northwest Pro Cleaners! They were responsive, very communicative, and provided a competitive bid.
Great experience, great communicator.
