We have original tile and they took great care while doing the work. It looks significantly better than it did before.

About Northwest Refresh (Tile & Grout)
Northwest Refresh is a family-owned business run by two cousins, proudly serving the Portland area. I (Taylor) got my start over 5 years ago, trained by my father-in-law who spent 26+ years perfecting the art of tile and grout restoration. From him, I learned to treat every home with care, and that quality work always comes first. Today, we carry that legacy forward — offering expert tile cleaning, regrouting, recaulking, and sealing with five-star service you can trust.

Gave our bathroom a much needed refresh! The work turned out great. Wonderful to work with - on time, great communication and really nice.
Disappointed he didn’t make me aware of a chip he took out of existing 24x24 tile when chipping away at accent band. I noticed immediately upon final inspection and brought it up. Very disappointing actually.
Taylor answered immediately when I posted the project. Scheduled an estimate which went very smoothly. The estimate included all of the special requests that I had asked for. The price was reasonable and when he came to do the work it was impeccable. Standing and will use him again
They were very diligent and thorough in their initial assessment and the full day of the work on our main shower walls, door, and floor. The finished work was an absolutely amazing transformation back to the original tile and glass. They were very personable as well. Totally worth their service!!
Amazing experience! Work was done in a timely manner and it looks great! Would definitely call again!
A fantastic and professional team! We were delighted with our decision to work with NW Refresh. Our shower tile looks brand new! We have already told our neighbors to use NW Refresh!
Taylor & Noe did a great job repairing tiles & grout, sealing & caulking several major ares of tile work in our house. Taylor was precise in matching older grout colors. Fantastic job! Well done!
Tylor is extremely nice to work with and takes personal pride in the work. From the time of estimate to completion of the project, the process was very positive. He is professional and courteous. Completed on time. Highly recommend NW Refresh!
We needed someone to re-grout some tile where the grout was getting thin and reseal 2 showers that had mildew trapped behind the seals. They got back right away and offered a competitive bid, were able to book us on their schedule within two weeks and complete it in a day. Every interaction was friendly and professional, and we felt at ease having them in our home. They thoroughly cleaned the area. They were working on and made it look pretty again. We were impressed at how well they were able to match the grout to the surrounding tile making everything uniform. Bonus, our bathrooms were not left smelling of strong chemicals, but actually smelled really nice. Also, they wore booties or took their shoes off without even being asked each time they arrived. It feels really good to have out showers looking new again! Thank you guys! Some before and after shots for you!
Taylor and Noe did great job restoring my 16 year old tile bathroom and shower. It looks brand new. I totally recommend them!
Before and after shots attached- we had so much grout stained with mold after many years of no sealing- like new now!!
Super responsive, timely, and professional. Couldn't be happier and will hire again.
Taylor with Northwest Refresh was great to work with. He does high quality work, is reliable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. He is meticulous in his work. He is a good communicator. Our bathroom shower has never looked better. The photos are a before and after.
Prompt, courteous, and quality work. Would recommend.
These guys were wonderful! Super responsive and punctual, neat, quick, and a great value. They turned our sad bathroom with cracked and molded grout into something that looks clean, safe (no more leaks), and almost new. It was a great refresh and has hopefully bought us years of use for a bargain price. I so appreciate the great job. Look at that before and after--all the painters tape was cracked and leaky grout, and the mold! So nice now!
Tyler did an amazing job and our tile looks fantastic.
Taylor replaced the old, cracked caulk (from countertop settling) on our kitchen backsplash with a perfect, even bead that was color-matched to the backsplash tile grout. Taylor showed up exactly on time, worked diligently, and left the area clean. I paid a fair price for the job. It’s great to find such high-quality workmanship for something visible like this that you notice in the kitchen.
Thought this shower was fixed a year ago, but the caulking started peeling off in the same spot. Taylor responded quickly with info and appt for estimate. Not only got caulking fixed, but got grout and tiles cleaned and refreshed along with the glass. Now it looks brand new and amazing! Wish we do this year ago. Very happy with it.
I appreciated the quick response to my initial request. I had a consultation within a couple days of reaching out, and we were able to schedule the work the following week. I am floored (no pun intended) by the amazing work, and I love my refreshed shower grout!
