I considered this pro. However decided to go in another direction. Never used their services however our initial consultation seemed promising.
After some initial confusion on pricing, Nova was extremely responsive in scheduling a home cleaning. They were accommodating of my work schedule. At the last minute the team member assigned to me could not come on the scheduled day but I was quickly offered an alternative that worked. She arrived early and did a thorough, efficient job. The attention to detail like cleaning the top of hanging kitchen lights was impressive!! One bedroom/bath on the ground floor was missed but I think I communicated in a confusing way - plus it is a rarely used guest room. I will use this company again!! Very grateful. 🌸 I live in a 3-story townhome, 3 bed/3-1/2 bath, 2300 sq ft with cats.
Amazing cleaning professional. They completed a deep cleaning for my home. The end result was beyond my expectations.
UPDATE: They also will lie about their actions with their insurance while presenting the idea that they are communicating with them. I was made aware that Nova Cleaning DID NOT actually pursue an insurance claim. This directly contradicts their response below. Additionally, please note the original comments by their customers on their Thumbtack before they were asked to change their reviews for compensation. AVOID AT ALL COST ORIGINAL: DO NOT BOOK! Like another customer mentioned, the cleaner showed up late to the appointment. As it is typical for that to happen in the Atlanta area, arriving 45 min late to the appointment is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the cleaner broke our stovetop grate while she was cleaning our house. She told me that she broke it and showed it to me. Once I made the owner aware of the broken appliance, she offered to replace the item. However when she realized the price of what her employee broke, she and her husband made every attempt to make it seem that the appliance was already broken and that their worker did not break it. The husband went as far as to say the cleaners English wasn’t good enough to relay that she thought it was broken before hand. As this a lie, cover up, and huge assumption that has no factual backing (as I the home owner know the appliance was not broken or damaged) they and their “insurance” deemed they cannot replace what was broken by their cleaner. Please save yourself the trouble and headache by avoiding this cleaning service, who will not take responsibility for their employees actions all in the name to save money and take yours.

Nova Home Cleaning was great with communication and scheduling. The house cleaner was thorough and did a wonderful job.
One cleaner arrived 15 minutes after time scheduled. She brought her own supplies and equipment. She was here for three hours, doing an “initial” cleaning. Our house is clean.
I have enjoyed my experience with Nova They worked with me arranging a compatible schedule. The first cleaning was very thorough. I look forward to a long relationship.
It was a very nice experience. Very high quality service and super fast too. I truly recommend them.💖
