Alex quoted a fair price, answered all my questions, installed a new commercial lock, everything works, we're happy. Would hire him again.

Alex was great. I needed 3 locks changed today and one that had problems locking. He was able to accommodate me and repair the lock. He was very punctual… actually arrived sooner than expected and it didn’t take long. Thank you Alex.
He did a great job rekeying and fixing non functional locks. I'll reuse in the future
Very professional, quick response time. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. I would highly recommend recommend and use again
Alex was super quick to respond, dealt with the weird lock situation well, super nice!
Alex was great! I got locked out of my bedroom New Year’s Eve night. I found him online in the morning and he responded quickly, explained the problem with the lock, and replaced it in no time. He was also very kind and courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I took the opportunity to get a quote for my front door, which I’d been meaning to do, and he easily provided two options on the spot and explained both thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Alex and I already have to the friends who tried to help me out last night! Thanks Alex!
Did a fantastic job! Very responsive and professional. Highly recommend!
Alex was an extremely clear communicator, helped us decide on the lock ahead of time, then arrived on time, talked us thru options, had to modify the lock in real time, and did not rush us all during the entire process.
I feel confident saying that Alex is one of the best (if not THE best) locksmith in SF. He’s super bright, a great communicator, and an efficient/creative problem solver. He’ll be my go-to person the next time we have a problem with our locks. Highly recommend.
If I were allowed, I would also check Punctuality and Work Quality. This is the second time I have used Nova Locks, and both experiences were first-rate. Both times I had locks replaced and was given sound advice and onstallation at a reasonable cost. Very good value - I did not feel like I was being scammed, upsold, or bamboozled. Alex is forthright and honest about how he provides the services of a licensed locksmith. I definitely recommend this company.
