Aidan was great— he had a wonderful attitude and really cared about his work very professional. The communication at times was a bit challenging, but it often is with Thumbtack and there was probably some user error on my side overall, I plan to use them again every spring.

They did an amazing job cleaning our pond. I highly recommend them.
NOVA was very responsive. Excellent communication. Did the job hired to do. Would use again.
Oliver did a great job troubleshooting a leak, cleaning and treating our pond. He was punctual, efficient, friendly, and thorough. Would hire again
My fountain of eight years suddenly stopped working and nova Ponds came to the rescue. They ordered the right part and came and fixed it quickly, efficiently, and professionally I would highly recommend them for fountains and/or ponds.
Tristen from NOVA ponds installed a pump for my outdoor pond during a sweltering afternoon. He was extremely professional and efficient. I will not hesitate to call NOVA ponds in the future.
NOVA (and Tristan) were excellent to work with. Communicative, professional, quick to respond, and solved the fountain pump problem promptly. Also friendly! Great work.
Got in quick and easy. Cleaned and treated the pond, while also removing tadpoles so I'm satisfied with all the boxes checked off
Oliver was great. He showed up on time, kept us informed of all the steps he would be taking and even let us know when he took a break. He worked very hard and the results were astounding. I am looking forward to the final outcome after we plant the new lily pad plants. What I appreciated the most was that estimates were clearly listed and honored and I knew how much I was going to pay before the work started, something many people in this business do not always do sadly. I signed a contract with NOVA ponds gladly after my positive experience with them. I highly recommend them.
I bought a house that had a koi pond. I know nothing about ponds or care for the fish. (Honestly, I didnt know if I wanted to keep it.) NOVA ponds responded to my request and scheduled a time to come see my pond. They quickly assessed what needed to be done and gave me an estimate and could start work right away. The pond is no longer a sludge filled mosquito paradise. Very grateful to them that I can enjoy my yard a bit more.
They were very punctual and did a good job. May hire them again to make some changes to the fountain this fall.
