Had a great experience with my flooring project. Jorge did the initial walkthrough and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sergio and his team handled the flooring—removed carpet from four rooms, took out bathroom tiles, and installed beautiful 24×48 tiles with excellent craftsmanship. Diego later came in for grouting and grout sealing. The work started on Jan 14 and was completed by Jan 26, right on schedule. Even when we ran into a minor toilet drainage issue during the process, Sergio came back twice to check and make sure everything was fine. Overall, very professional, friendly, and reliable team. Jorge went above and beyond by offering grout sealing (not originally in the quote) and giving valuable advice on painting I planned to do myself. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend anyone to reach out and inquire about Novacon’s services. From beginning to end, their communication, the service, the work, and the professionalism were all the highest quality. I needed to create an attic for storage space. The were helpful in figuring out the best way to accomplish my goal of increasing accesible storage space. Even on the day of service, they presented multiple options so I was able to choose what I was most comfortable with. At the end of the day, they created more space than I originally hoped. I will definitely be using them again for other projects. You should too!
I cannot say enough great things about Novacon. Jorge, his helper Diego, and Kimberly were all amazing to work with. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and a true pleasure to work with. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care. The quality of the work is outstanding—everything turned out even better than I had hoped. I appreciated how thorough they were in cleaning up each day, leaving no mess behind. On top of that, their pricing was completely fair and honest. I would recommend Novacon to anyone without hesitation and have already booked them for a future project!
Had a positive experience from start to finish with Novacon USA! Both Kimberly and Jorge are professional with great communication. Jorge and his partner did a great job on closing the flex room in our home with french doors.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Novacon to install 48x48 tiles on my main floor, and I couldn't be more impressed with their work. Jorge and his team are true professionals—highly experienced, meticulous, and detail-oriented. From the start, they demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, ensuring that every tile was perfectly aligned and finished to the highest standard. Their precision and dedication to quality were evident throughout the entire project. The final result exceeded my expectations, transforming my space into something truly stunning. If you're looking for expert tile installers who take pride in their work and deliver outstanding results, I highly recommend Novacon. Jorge and his team are simply the best!
Exceptional carpentry and handyman work was done for our home. You cannot hire a better person do almost any job required.
Jorge came in to my flooring job with confidence and a great attitude. He gave me a bargain and I will definitely be using him again in future projects
Great company does a fantastic job pays attention to detail. They did such a great job on my deck and on my new Docc would highly recommend them, and I am definitely going to hire again.!
One day before the job, he abruptly cancels on me after communication for more than a week. He apparently didn’t like that I questioned him about adding more to the list of materials that he needed every time we spoke when each time he wound claim that’s all the materials needed.
