About Novaj Tech
I'm Besnik, and I run Novaj Tech out of Pelham. Mostly small offices: networks, UniFi Wi-Fi, cybersecurity, and day-to-day IT. Founder-led, not a call center. Before this I spent about a decade running multi-site enterprise networks. Same standard for your office. Happy to look at office build-outs, business Wi-Fi, cameras and door access, or a simple monthly managed plan if you want someone watching things. I also take on home networking projects when people need that done right. Message me with what's going on and where you're located, and I'll tell you straight if I can help. Managed IT clients get 24/7 monitoring. I answer during business hours and take emergency calls from clients.
Reviews
Beskin solved our issue promptly. We have not had any issues since. I would recommend his service and call him if we have any more problems.
Besnik was wonderful to work with - highly recommend! He was thorough and extremely responsive throughout the process of my wifi network installation. He provided several options to consider and worked with my budget. A fantastic experience all around!
Besnik at Novaj Tech is timely, thorough, and easy to work with. He made sure to deeply understand our needs, worked with us to document an easy to understand technical plan, and then executed at a high-quality work within his estimated timeline. He made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend his services.
Besnik did great job organizing complex web of dozen devices into a wall mounted rack. He installed rack to wall, nicely organized all my devices in it and then tested wired ethernet connectivity to each of the room in a multi floor apartment. Output is great. He also reviewed my WiFi set up gave few tips. Highly recommend Besnik for any IT services. I will hire him for my future jobs
A 2 hour job turned into over 6 hrs happily: working and upgrading upgrading every tech service (IT, wireless internet upgrade across home and home office. In addition, NT expert worked across all hardware to uplevel and load demos and software updates across personal + professional equipment such as LG Stand by me, iPads and gaming laptops. Bestig unpacked, setup 8 machines, loaded content, installed new software updates and improved MACbook company laptops. He had a solution and offered an upgrade to each task and is a multi tasker and easy to work with. Thank you! We could not recommend NT
Very helpful and professional onsite IT Service. Easy to book and fast service! I will be using Novaj Tech again and recommend it to everyone.
Besnik did an outstanding job diagnosing the networking challenges in my home. Before his visit, he asked very specific questions and clearly communicated what he thought needed to be done. His deep knowledge of home and small business networking was evident throughout the process. He provided a practical, cost-effective solution that not only improved performance but also saved me money—something I had struggled to achieve after months of frustration with Verizon. It was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who could quickly assess the situation, clean up past issues, and make thoughtful recommendations. I highly recommend Besnik for anyone looking for a skilled, reliable, and straightforward networking professional.
I hired Novaj Tech llc. to provide computer networking services where he was supposed to transfer data from an existing server to a new server that already had the domain and active directory setup and windows server 2019 running in the server. DNS was created. He was supposed to create a network. the initial quoted price was $600 and he ended raising the price to $1800 when he was at 75 percent complete. i questioned the outrageous price and he stopped the job. I told him I will pay $1500 to have the computer worker. he disagreed and erased all my data and domain directory that he didn’t install
From the moment my job request was put out on Thumbtack, he was communicating with me every step of the way. I knew immediately from our initial messages that he knew what he was talking about, and he kept up the conversation well - Asking me about what I wanted while providing all options and suggestions on the table. I'm unsure if others would have done a better job, but his professional communication had me hooked. Not only was Besnik punctual, but he went into detail of what was necessary for the job to be completed, and straightforward about his cost as well. I could not have asked for a better service.
