I was disappointed with the installation and how my concerns were handled. I paid $350 but was not told the setup would require an additional outlet and a visible white cord. I now need to hire an electrician and may need drywall repairs. The resolution offered was also disappointing. For the price, I expected a cleaner installation and better communication. I would not use this company again.
