Fernando and his crew were amazing! My floor needed some extra work to be done right, and he quickly and efficiently took care of any glitches that arose. His communication was excellent, everyone was incredibly pleasant to work with (Zaid!), and my floors look awesome! I will definitely recommend and use them again! Thank you 😊

I had an awesome experience with the company. Fernando and Zaid did a great job, fast and very flexible. What standed out for me is how many floors they’ve done, experience and quality - that’s what I value. Appreciate their work and will hire more. Look no further!

Fernando was very knowledgeable about his craft and accommodating about working around the furniture we had no other way of moving and the chair lift on the stairs. We reached out in mid-October, with the aim of getting our floors done before end of year. It took some working around everyone's schedules, but they got it all done by mid-December. He and his crew ripped up all our old carpet and linoleum, and put down LVP in its place. It looks fantastic, and we're very happy with it. When something unexpected came up (as it _always_ does with a job this big), he was careful to explain to us what the issue was and our options in addressing it.

Date of Project: August 2022-Oct 2022. We started with a flooring project and ended up using Fernando & his wonderful crew for a kitchen remodel as well. Fair pricing and hard workers. Michael & Kathy - Mukilteo, WA

These guys are real pros! They showed up when they said they would, dealt with a couple last minute curveballs with ease, and honestly saved Christmas in our new house. I highly recommend Fernando and his crew for any of your flooring needs. Thank you!!!

Fernando and team did an amazing job installing my flooring after I had issues with another contractor. Day 1 he showed up with his crew bright and early and got to work - they finished entire project in 3 days including some work with leveling in my living room. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire project, courteous, responsive and offered very reasonable pricing when something unexpected came up. Highly recommend!

Fernando has been very responsive throughout the entire process. He is very professional and attentive to details. Highly recommend him!

We’re in the process of building an ADU and needed floors installed but were in a tight budget. We had Novedad come give us a quote and it was below what we had hoped. The installation was FAST, quiet and looks amazing. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again !
