Jose did an excellent job taking care of the mold in my attic. He was very thorough — removed all the mold, replaced every duct, and finished the work quickly. He was super nice, polite, and professional throughout the process. What really stood out is that he gave me a 2-year warranty on the mold removal — who does that these days? Highly recommended!

I chose this company based on their solid 5 star rating and reviews. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and excellent customer service.
I was so impressed with the timeliness, knowledge and professionalism of Jose and Alvarez Construction/NW Environmental Services. I am in the process of selling my home and knew nothing about mold issues. Jose kept me informed every step of the way. I wish I could attach the photos of before and after, but I can't figure out how to do that. The difference was amazing. I would definitely recommend Alvarez Construction. In fact, I will be using Jose's knowledge and quality of work next week at a condo I am buying.
They were on time and well prepared. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They explained to me exactly what was needed and even found areas that needed to be repaired that others had missed. I am so happy that I got to meet this team and they are 10 out of 10 a great company to work with!
Our leased commercial space was having issues my landlord could not take care of. Victor came in and within 2 hours had given us a direction and advice that helped us take care of the problem.
Alvarez Construction did a fantastic job with our painting and drywall repair project. They were efficient, completed the work in a timely manner, and offered great value for the quality of service provided. Highly recommended!
I was very please with the job Victor and his crew did. Victor was prompt and courteous, and follow thru as great. Thanks Victor for making my house look amazing!
