Ocean Plumbing LLC helped us out in a pinch, worked late on a Friday to get our plumbing fix. They responded quickly and were very professional.

We recently hired Ricardo for a plumbing job involving fixing a water leak and replacing our toilets, and we are happy with the outstanding results. Ricardo is really good at identifying the root cause of the issues by his thorough investigation. He also took the time to explain the details of each option, considering our preferences and budget constraints. He executed the repairs with precision and efficiency, leaving us with a flawless result and one year service warranty. We would recommend Ricardo to everyone for any plumbing needs.

Ocean Plumbing is excellent, professional and worth every penny. Other companies over-estimated the job without even diving into the issues, but not Ocean Plumbing! They came through, assessed, and gave an honest estimate and fix. Highly recommend!

Ricardo was great to work with, and we will be hiring him again soon for other projects. He is reliable, which is one of the hardest traits to find in trades these days, and he clearly works with honesty and integrity.

Obviously, Ocean Plumbing LLC does not manufacture one sinks faucet and one dishwasher so I would have to buy from somewhere else. if I buy at Costco, they install the Dishwasher but they would not do the faucet install so I wanted to give the job to Ocean Plumbing. Spoke over the phone with Ricardo several minutes and prior to purchasing items and he said he could install them in one visit does not have to go back and forth for removing the old dishwasher and connecting the new one, removing the old faucet, and installing the new one. I provided him pictures which are also attached here. Later on the call, he said that the price for these two install are : dishwasher replacement (installing new & removing old) $450.00 faucet replacement (take out old and put new) $285 Probably plus 10% sales tax. Of course, the customer provides all the equipment & and parts I did not care about his pricing but it was a bad idea to trap a customer after someone places the order and gets delivered and then provide such a quote to install. I regret connecting and contacting Ocean Plumbing. I also tried to give them an opportunity to correct the misunderstanding by explaining that I already placed the order based on prior communication but he didn’t care about it. I really regret that I contacted them.

My rental property has a few issues on the kitchen faucet and the sink pipes. Scheduled with Ricardo, he arrived on time inspected it, and provided a thorough explanation and how he would address them. I agreed the job and he immediately started to work on it. After the job was done, he sent me several photos and went through the detailed over phone. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely hire him again in the future!

Ricardo fixed a nagging problem we have had for a long time. We had another plumber try to fix it but failed. Ricardo’s work was at a fair price and was professional high quality service. The problem is now gone and we are grateful. Will use Ocean Plumbing again.

Great experience. We went over all possible options for solving the leak, and what additional preventative work could be done, and I choose exactly what to do.
