I agree with the other reviewer, they advertise their service at least 300$ cheaper just to get customers. I entered all the right details: 2 bedrooms, 3 rooms with furniture, got a quote of 595. But when i spoke to their representative, I was told it was a wrong quote provided by system & their charge for same details would come to 895
Their tech is always so friendly and most importantly thorough with his work. He always takes time to talk about things we can do to help prevent bugs in between sprays. Really just a good kid and a reason why I decided to stay with them after the first visit. I am petrified of bed bugs and have not seen one since we began service. Kudos team!
My home was serviced Monday by the best tech their company has invested in. Gene is phenomenal. He has an uncanny ability to be extremely flexible and caring about those whom he serves. Not to mention the product is pretty amazing also!

I originally signed up with them through thumbtack, they were able to set up an appointment right away. They answer any questions you might have and know the best ways to keep the bed bugs out of your home. Their technicians are some of the nicest guys you can meet in New York! Highly recommend them!
This company is GREAT. Have used them for 3 years and they are on time, friendly and most importantly, my house is bed bug free. Like many other Las Vegans, I have had bed bug issues moving into new homes in the past, and Steve and his crew have taken care of them every time. They are less expensive than other monthly services in town
Between scheduling conflicts, Making appointments and Gene not showing up getting treatments and insects coming back I should have hired and pro. Not worthy the money paid.
We had several companies attempt chemical treatments that simply did not work in our case. The guys from ODIN spent a considerable amount of time inspecting the property overall, went to our neighbors, and basically took ownership of the entire situation. They corresponded with our building manager who is generally not the nicest guy but in this case he was super easy going. Based on a K9 inspection of several apartments the consensus was that the issue needed a heat treatment in combination to a chemical application (as I understand for ongoing control). All in all the treatment was interesting to watch take place; the equipment and the setup was very discreet not that anyone in the building cared but I know some might be curious. The treatment took all day however we were able to go back to our apartment that same night. They started at 7:00 AM and were wrapping up by 5:00 PM. The k9 came again the day after and we were 100% cleared. We still got the chemical follow up and it was a total success. Very happy.
They are true gentlemen and provided us with a 5 star service. Their attitude and workmanship is second to none. Very much satisfied with the treatment and will call again if needed. Price was very reasonable and the value provided for the money was beyond.
Our technician was professional, polite, and efficient. He got to our house in less than an hour from the time we called, couldn't have had a better experience. Would definitely recommend this company
We had found out that our kids’ room was infested with bed bugs. After doing our research we landed on ODIN and felt we had the right crew from the initial conversation. Hard to describe but they love their job and put their heart and soul into the project. We couldn’t ask for more. The price and service was amazing and the turnaround as superb. Bed bug Free!!!
We had a heat treatment performed by the team from ODIN pest. The owner is a genuine pro with a passion for his work and clients. They were patient, caring, attentive, and most importantly thorough. We never once felt like we were ignored or overwhelmed. The treatment was a success and the K9 bed bug dog had cleared us. We are due for a follow up but I highly doubt it would be necessary.

You guys are a god send to my family. Gene and his team are top notch service pros!!! We hired ODIN pest to treat our apartment for bed bugs. We had never expected to have this issue and turned to ODIN pest after doing much research and after speaking to multiple pros. The choice was based on their knowledge and experience in dealing with this issue. The entire process was planned and executed with care and compassion. Gene was here and had his equipment setup and ready to go shortly after. After doing a throroygh inspection they began treating and disinfecting every thing in the apartment. The office support staff Leslie was very patient and thorough in explaining the preparation process and offered multiple tips and tricks on making the entire ordeal less stressful. HIGHLY KNOWLEGEABLE AND AFFORDABLE !! Remarkable Experience !!! We had an emergency with bed bugs. The team was fast to react, guided us through the preparation steps, answered every question in full detail, and the treatment went off without a glitch. They are very discreet and use some high tech gear - honestly I wasn't expecting the amount of detail and patience that our exterminators put forth into making sure our issue was resolved. The treatment lasted several hours and in that time every inch of our apartment was thoroughly treated and disinfected. They used several methods from heat and cryonite freezing and injecting into the walls and outlets. We are due for a second visit and I have no doubt in my mind it will be of a preventative measure as there is no way our apartment can still have bed bugs with the way Gene and his team canvases the apartment. Thank you so much for being there for our family. Happy we made the right choice here.
First - The mixed reviews confirm it's a totally legit company!!! Anyone with only 5 star reviews is too good to be true. Impossible to not p*ss of a single person, especially New Yorkers like us. Any business will err and theirs is a delicate one; with clients tempers and emotions running high (we ourselves were nervous wrecks upon learning about bed bugs). I see a healthy mix of great and some so so - means they are real. This guy haggling them or the client who had her follow up late. The owner responds and takes responsibility. That's honor. The work - True Gentlemen in every sense of the word. The owner arrived within 30 minutes in the dead of night. Pricing was accurate and the work is superb. Highly knowledgeable and savvy. These guys know bed bugs and take pride in their work and clients. We felt safe and secure in our home again!!! We are sure the bed bugs are gone. Gene, Leslie, and the entire team display a golden standard in their handling of our situation.

Superior service!!! Bed Bugs no more ! The owner was patient. 5 star job in planning out a custom treatment for us. We have two toddlers and pets. We got certainty and professionalism in a time of need. The owner and team were at our home in under an hour after speaking. We dealt with numerous contractors in the pst 6 months. This team defines professionalism and craftsmanship by a long shot.
