I’m not even sure where to begin. From the friendly conversations and taking the time to understand my needs, to going above and beyond by removing my living room door and even the fridge door just to get everything moved in safely—the service was truly exceptional. This is by far the best moving service I have ever experienced. I would recommend them any day, anytime! I sincerely appreciate the commitment, professionalism, and effort you put into making my move smooth and stress-free. You truly made the entire experience amazing. Thank you so much! 🙏🏽👏🏽

10/10 was very helpful & moved everything smoothly will book again 👌
Great experience overall. They showed up exactly on time, were friendly, worked hard, and put everything exactly where we wanted it. They actually finished the move faster than estimated, which saved me money too. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely use them again.
Absolutely fantastic team! Paul and Isaac were THE best and packed our 4bed 3k sqft hours in the 26’ Penske truck in record time. They packed everything so well and tightly, maximizing the space that was available. I can’t recommend this team more. Hire them and save yourself and your back!!
James and Felix were very professional. Handled everything with care. I was absolutely pleased with their service. They both need a raise 💯💯💯💯
Unprofessional Movers. They came unprepared, no tools, no boxes as promised, did not know how to use Allen wrench (my 73yr old dad had to teach them) broken dinings oh and they said they didn’t have tools because they didn’t have their right truck, they just rented U-Haul. They left a lot of things at old house, like parts of the bed frame. Chairs that take up same space together with a mini table. They broke dining table. Took almost two hours to build a twin bed frame so technically only one mover unloading. They asked for a tour to know where everything went, they continued to ask me throughout. First thing I said put washer and dryer On the furthest corner of garage and nope that was left right by the garage door. Couch instead of bed putting it in living area they stacked in the corner. A lot more to write but save you the trouble go find another moving company. We ended up having To put up the things ourselves , and needing to go back to old house to get the things left behind. They said they will get back to me for the insurance claim , that was Monday, I called again yesterday they said they will get it to me within the hour. I still don’t have it and almost end day Thursday.
The movers were two hours late. Once they arrived, they were very friendly and got the job done unfortunately when they left, I discovered multiple damages, including my television that now no longer works. I’m trying to get this resolved and I am not having much response.
Professional
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should be aware of my experience. I hired this moving company after clearly explaining that I was moving from a 2nd-story apartment into a 3-story condo, with the main living area on the 2nd floor and bedrooms on the 3rd floor. I specifically disclosed the stair situation upfront so the company could properly assess the job before quoting me. I was quoted $139/hour plus a $29 truck fee. The movers arrived around 10 AM. While both movers were polite and respectful, the move took far longer than expected. They did not finish loading the truck until approximately 3:30 PM (with only a 30-minute lunch break), and the entire move was not completed until around 7 PM. The biggest issue was the damage caused during the move: - My bed was broken and is now unusable - My fireplace was damaged - Walls and the stairwell in my new home were damaged To make matters worse, after all of this, I was initially told I owed an additional $80 for going over 8 hours. I had to call the owner, who ultimately waived that fee and told me to submit a claim. I understand that narrow staircases can be challenging. However, that information was disclosed before the move. If the team was not experienced enough or properly equipped for the job, I would have preferred honesty rather than having my furniture and home damaged. Again, the movers themselves were kind, but kindness does not undo the damage or frustration of this experience. I am now left dealing with claims, repairs, and replacing damaged furniture after what should have been a straightforward professional move.
Here's the Story. I reached out originally because they had a "Trendy Name called Oh Ship" (but it looks like they are so tainted that they changed their name here to "Shift Happens" however they are the same company. Also, they operate under a totally different LLC that doesn't match the name they do business as. Their LLC is "No Ship".. how do I know? Because I am in the legal profession and these guys run the shadiest operation because of the following: - The Guys that you talk to that want your business and you communicate with WILL NOT be the same schmuck running the show. Supposedly he's "Just a Foreman". (That's what he tells you after you communicate for days. - Their Own Written Agreements Mean Nothing to Them. (We entered into a Flat Rate agreement and they back peddled). - When They realized they under-quoted on a legally binding document, they decided to hold all my possessions hostage and "Legally Steal", all my items located in an unknown place until I paid them another $350 magically to the total. - Even After Paying they Got Stuck on the Block coming up AND AFTER PHYSICALLY HELPING THEM GET THE TRUCK UP THE HILL, They Left 1/3 of the entire truck with my items on the Side of the Road because again, they moved the goal post on a contractual flat rate agreement and wanted some insane amount of money to finish the job they just dumped down the block on my neighbor's front yard (that they have on Camera!!) - The Owners are shady, unapologetic, treat their employees horribly (based on conversations with the actual movers) and even cursed at my wife because she wanted actual reasons on why all of this was happening. Needless to say, I can write a whole other page of documentation but I will leave that to the court filing that's going to go down with these guys. If anyone wants to reach out to me, I will be more than happy to provide you with all the information necessary to file in court against them as well. They are messing with the personal and business items of many people, this is literally the worst experience of my life, and I've moved a great deal because of my work.
