Matthew was absolutely great to work with. He listened to what I had to say and was thorough in checking the issue out. We agreed to what he needed to do and he went to it. Didn’t rush it and was professional throughout the job. Would definitely recommend!!
Matthew was very professional and took his time repairing my windows. I would highly recommend him.
Matt handled my case with care for an 84 yr old Kupuna. I will recommend him to anyone who wants warm courteous svc. Looking fwd to working with him again. He has that “Golden Touch”.
Excellent work! Really cares about customers and their experience! Mahalo!
Had a great experience! This guy got my bed done! Not only did he get it done he was able to undo my mess up and add a couple screws where I needed it! I will be hitting him up for future assembly
Efficiently installed a replacement smoke detector. Was professional, timely, and prepared.🥇
Matthew was very detailed and so helpful! He was able to point me in the right direction and had very good expert advice! Although he wasn’t able to take on the job I needed he didn’t just leave me high and dry. He stayed the whole way to guide me on where else I could find help and gave me priceless pointers and tips! :) I really appreciate him! And hope to work with him in the near future! Mahalo Nui Matthew!
Matthew was very responsive from the beginning and did a great job with our fence project. He is thorough and his work quality is great. He was very focused on customer satisfaction and was more than willing to make a few changes to the original plan and accepted suggestions and feedback on how we wanted it done. I would hire Matthew again for work.
Matthew from ohanasolutionenterprise LLC came out today to assemble nine office desk chairs for our space, and he did a phenomenal job. He knocked out all NINE (9) chairs in just 2 hours and 45 minutes! Every chair was assembled thoroughly, solidly, and with total professional care. Matthew went above and beyond by breaking down all the boxes and packing materials and taking them out to our dumpster, leaving the space completely spotless. It’s rare to find someone who works with that level of speed, efficiency, and attention to detail. Now our office is fully prepared to welcome guests in comfort and style thanks to his hard work. If you need fast, reliable, and top-tier service, I highly recommend Matthew and ohanasolutionenterprise LLC !
I called Matt and he helped me with a/c covers for potential storm and spent a whole day getting rid of old contamination materials. Matt is articulate, experienced, and wants his customers happy. He had his power bank I ended up needing, and is tall and high energy. Will consider him for additional tasks and would refer him to family and Thumbtack users. Great find.
Spot on response and dogged determination to take the job to its conclusion. Took responsibility for some small damage he made during the repair, and which I would not have known, which was truly professional. My house is quite old and I appreciate that he made the effort to maintain one of its special features.
