Tony was extremely professional and the price was fair. He noticed something else beyond our request and fixed it for us. Highly recommend!

Tony was great. I highly recommend him for any tile and or grout issues you have. He’s even helping us out with a grab bar on our porch. Very professional, responds right away, I would hire him again if I had other jobs! Thank you so much!
Tony was prompt, for both the estimate appointment and the job itself. He and his helper did a great job repairing the grout of my ceramic-tiled shower floor and re-caulking. He even went above and beyond the job, by reattaching the shower handle that a previous 3 plumbers and 2 handymen could not make stay in place. it seems like it will stay put this time! I recommend Tony and Ohio Tile & Grout wholeheartedly.
I am really impressed with Ohio Tile & Grout. They did a great job replacing tile, cleaning, repairing and color sealing my grout. I had two other quotes before them and based on what the others told me I almost canceled my appointment with them. So glad I didn’t. Ohio Tile & Grout offered a similar price as the other companies but their pricing included so much more and I could tell just from talking to him that he knew what he was doing. They did a beautiful job for an affordable price. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.
Tony and his assistant were on time and did an excellent job.
Best damn tiler you’ll ever hire, don’t think twice. Tony is your guy!
great job
Tony arrived on time and his work was excellent. I am very happy with the end result of my backsplash. I’ve received a few compliments on it already.
Tony gave me a fair estimate. There were unexpected obstacles that he took care of. My tile looks amazing, they were flexible with my schedule, and they got the job done quickly. Highly recommend.
Tony did a wonderful job fixing our walk in shower tile floor, including fixing the shody work left by the previous contractor, releveling and revealing before applying the tiles; which was probably the most important step. So happy with his work.
Tony did an amazing job and responded to me the same day a d completed the ob the same week. Great job, definitely recommend him.
Tony was GREAT to work with. Quality work at a reasonable price!!!
Amazing, efficient and quality work! Great experience!
Tony did a great job in explaining the scope of work, timing and scheduling when he came out to give me an estimate. He showed up on time and did an excellent and professional job. He also cleaned everything up afterwards. It was a great experience.
He arrived on time and completed the job as scheduled. I was hoping for a deep tile cleaning, but the service ended up being more of a polish. I recognize that I could have been clearer about my expectations, though I also believed I had communicated that I wanted the built-up dirt and grime removed. The tiles are old, but I still would have liked to see a more noticeable improvement. Overall, he is reliable and easy to work with — just be sure to communicate your needs very clearly.
Tony and his work were amazing! He’s very personable and professional. His pricing is beyond reasonable. I asked advice about the project and he was very honest and didn’t try to upsell me at all! I highly recommend him. In fact, he will be doing more projects for me I liked him so well! He is great at communicating, too.
We needed to replace the tile on our shower floor. Tony & crew did a fabulous job for a reasonable price. They were able to get it done within our requested timeframe and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. They were on time each day and were very professional and respectful of our home. Highly recommend.
Tony and his team showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, and most importantly, the end product is exactly what we were hoping for. Well done! Thanks!
