I contacted Ohm around 3:00 pm. They responded immediately and set an appointment between 5-7 the same day. Alex texted when he was arriving. He diagnosed the problem on my microwave, gave me the quote and promptly fixed it. I was thrilled. He departed at 7:30. How’s that for great service. Highly recommend.
I will definitely use Ohm again if I need to. They were responsive and provided same day service. Alex the technician was professional, polite, and I was very happy with the entire experience. Thumbs up from this "thumbtacker"!
Very honest and professional
I wish I could have chosen Professionalism and punctuality as well. My technician, Alex, was everything you would want in repair. He gets right to it, explains everything prior to work and then gets it done efficiently and effectively. I would recommend Ohm to anyone with any type of appliance repair. Im very Happy. Thank you, Alex. Thank you, Ohm.
Such a great decision. Not only was the communication fantastic, but they were prompt, professional and refreshingly affordable. The technician went above and beyond to get us a great price for our dryer repair and even added on some extra services free of charge, like flipping the dryer door to open the opposite way and fixing a faulty setting. Don’t hesitate to hire them! I’m happy to finally have a go to repair company for my appliances.
Alex did an excellent job replacing the suspension rods on my washer. it runs much better now. I will definitely use OHM appliance experts again and highly recommend them
