Reviews
The person was very professional and very knowledgeable about the situation. He did the job quickly and was very knowledgeable about how the situation was handled. He also made sure he was working on the right washer and brought all the right tools and equipment to professionally installed the new parts. My washer is working well again. Thanks to the professionalism of my technician.
Carlos responded my issue within the same day! He has very fair and reasonable rates. Very knowledgeable
Great job all around. Competitive price, quick and efficient.
My pro gave a fast accurate diagnosis. He ordered the part and received it within the projected timeframe. Regrettably because of small number of staff, scheduling the repair required much too long. However the pro provided a discount to acknowledge the delay. I would hire this pro again but check for availability.
He was courteous, professional and speedy. Very nice and took the time to explain everything to me which is a rarity these days. He gave me an estimate and verified what he would be doing. His rates were very reasonable. I will definitely refer him to my family and friends.
Wonderful experience! Saved me from buying a new dryer!
Great response time and follow up. Took great care of us and at a fabulous price. Will certainly call him when needed next and recommend him to family and friends!
Carlos was very knowledgeable and very helpful with fixing the problem with our washer. I would recommend him to others.
I had a dryer vent that kept falling away from exhaust on wall...I called 4 companies 2 couldn't come today, one didn't answer and one said they don't do that type of work. Then I contacted OJ SOLUTIONS & REPAIR and talked with Carlos. He recommended a magnetic vent, I never heard of such a thing. He said he could come within a few hours....and I'm SO GLAD I contacted him. This vent is amazing. I have a stacked W/D in a tight space so this was perfect..he was extremely professional and it took less than an hour. I highly recommend them. Thank you OJ SOLUTIONS
