I met with Zach on September 9th and he measured my floors. He showed me some samples and I didn’t see any that I liked and he seemed disappointed. When he left he said he would send me a quote and I never heard back even after sending two messages.

They did an awesome job
Highly recommend. Quick and quality work. I was in a pinch and they came through in a big way for me!
Easy quick and respectful of home and time.
Zach, the owner was very responsive to our needs and very good at communicating with us. Installers, Tony and Arthur were polite and did an excellent job with our flooring. Pricing was extremely reasonable. I would recommend to anyone.
Helped install carpet for my mom who is retired and can’t get around super well any more. They were quick to respond and kept me updated the whole time, which is great since I live out of state. I would definitely work with them again!
My husband and I just bought a house, and while we were thrilled about the new space, we quickly realized that the carpet had been cut in odd places and needed to be replaced before we moved in. Enter Floor Coverings International and Zach—our absolute lifesaver! Zach promptly reached out to me and even met me later the same day to provide a free estimate. We were in a major time crunch, with only four days before our move-in, and he made the process seamless. He was able to order the carpet and padding immediately and had it installed just two days later! The new carpet looks fantastic, completely transforming the space, and now we’re even more excited to move in and start making memories in our new home. I can’t recommend Floor Coverings International enough! Their professionalism, efficiency, and top-notch customer service truly exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be using them for any future flooring needs. If you’re looking for quality and a stress-free experience, this is the company to call!
Much obliged.
