Had ola tech repair my HVAC, the technician explained everything upfront, did a complete diagnosis, identified that the capacitor and the conductor needed replacement and fixed the issue after we gave the go ahead.

I noticed that my AC wasn't cooling efficiently. They scheduled a visit that same day, and diagnosed and repaired the problem within an hour after their arrival. Provided updates and photos/videos every step of the way, so felt confident in their work.
