I ultimately ended up fixing the issue myself (C line ended up not being properly connected in furnace lol) but when I was looking for pros, James reached out and gave me some really helpful advice over the phone and troubleshooted with me. He was upfront about call out and hourly costs and extremely professional. When Iām in need of a HVAC specialist in the future for servicing, or need to refer someone for help, James and Old Line Heating and Air will absolutely be my go to. I hired them to diagnose a problem with my electric HVAC unit. They replaced a sensor and charged me $706, but the issue remained completely unresolved. I eventually brought in a different HVAC company, whose technician identified a completely different issue and fixed it properly. When I informed the original company, the owner messaged me saying they would reimburse me, but that never happened.
Great work, was able to get on their schedule quick. Will be using them again in the future.

Kevin and Andrew repaired our kitchen sink piping and installed a disposal. They identified the sink leak, was a leaky strainer which the previous plumber, kitchen renovation 5 years ago, had band aided the strainer with a loose collar by packing plumber's putty to hold together. They installed the correct collar and the disposal and their fee for the both of them was very reasonable. Previous estimate I received was twice as much. They were both personable and knowledgeable.

My new water heater was installed today and I couldn't be more pleased. Owner James came out to assess the project and give me my options in a timely manner. When I chose to get a new system, he worked with me on price and installation time. He sent 2 men to install, Mark and Dillon. They were respectful, professional and polite, did a great job, left the area clean and took the old system away. I couldn't be hapoier. I highly recommend them!!
