OLMA Construction were amazing to work with. They went out of their way to confirm details of the job with us, and I really appreciated their attention to detail and care. Highly recommend

I would not recommend working with this contractor. The biggest issue was professionalism and accountability. Throughout the project, there was little effort made to protect my home while work was being performed. My rugs were left dirty, and trash and debris were regularly left on my stairs and around the work area. During the project, the contractor broke a mirror that had been safely leaning against the wall in the same location for over a year. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage, he immediately blamed me for not moving it. Not only was I left with the financial loss of replacing the mirror, but I was also disappointed by the lack of accountability afterward. There were also issues with the installation itself. While installing my LED light strips, he glued them to the wrong side of the wall panels, which nearly ruined lights that cost me approximately $700. He then used my cleaning wipes to remove the adhesive and fix the mistake. I did not charge him for the supplies used to correct his error. When I raised concerns, I received repeated calls and text messages while I was working, demanding payment for labor while refusing to address the damage that had been caused. The communication became unprofessional and included insulting and hostile comments, which made the situation even more frustrating. The contractor also claimed that installing the light strips was an added service that justified his pricing. However, every other quote I received through Thumbtack included the light installation as part of the project. In fact, I received three other quotes that were approximately $500 less expensive overall. The only reason I chose this contractor was because he was available to start immediately. While the project was ultimately completed, the overall experience was disappointing. Between the lack of care for my home, the damage to my property, the installation mistakes, the poor communication, and the refusal to take responsibility when problems occurred, I cannot recommend this contractor to others.

Great service! What stood out for me was how quick they were to reply back and keep up with the conversation. We quickly set up a time and date and got it moving. When I had to change my date, very easily worked with me as well. Great service! Will likely use again in the future.

A great experience start to finish working with these guys who installed new trim on our windows and hung new shutters. Fair transparent pricing that never changed, clear communication, and helped us figure out the best solution for what we needed. I plan to hire these guys again!

I needed to install a trash bin into the kitchen cabinetry a day before tenant moved in. Oleg was able to fit us into our schedule and did an exceptional job for a very reasonable price. He also did some carpentry updates to our kitchen that really improved things. Will definitely contact him again. Very easy to work with and professional.

I had a great experience working with this team. Both the handyman and Maria, who coordinated the scheduling, were responsive, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. I was able to knock out several tasks in a short amount of time, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. It’s not easy to find reliable, skilled help at a fair price—but I’m so glad I did. Excellent value, and I’ll definitely be reaching out again for future projects.

Oleh at Ukrainian Handyman Service is absolutely fantastic! He recently helped us with several projects, including replacing bathroom fixtures, installing a new exhaust fan, setting up smoke detectors on our high ceilings, and even cleaning the p-trap of a sink. Each task was completed with precision and care, and it’s clear that Oleh knows his craft inside and out. On top of his excellent work, he was incredibly kind, professional, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for someone skilled, reliable, and easy to work with, look no further—Oleh is the best! Highly recommend!

Oleh was unfortunately, the rare exception. He was on time, super friendly, did exactly what we agreed upon in a timely manner. I hire a lot of people to do various jobs. I wish everybody had a work ethic like he does.
