DO NOT BOOK . They are not honest people . My Zelle accidentally sent a payment to them and they did not want to send my money back knowing I did it receive service from them for about a year I called they declined I also sent a txt they jus read it and blocked me im currently filling a police report against them to have them SHUT down. PLEASE REPORT THESE THIEVES AND PUT THEM OUT OF WORK! And they’re work is HORRIBLE DO NOT BOOK. They will steal as well. PLEASE REPORT THIS BUSINESS

If you want to get robbed blind of all your items, talked down to because you were almost dead from sickness for 5 tastes and need the maids in the first place, want to pay 250$ extra just to have them remove the trash, robbed blind by doing half the work leaving, and demanding 450 dollars MORE THAN AGREED ON THUMBTACK, have a horrible job done where the dishes aren’t even done, the counter tops are all full of crap still, have all your purses, electronics, 600 dollar dyson vacuum and other things, there are so man I can’t even think straight, it would take me all day.if you want a back balcony filled with trash bags and garage filled with bags and unsanitary, toilet not cleaned some things were actually MORE DIRTY AFTER THEY LEFT, If you want to feel violated and told that she cares and does this work for many others and will be there for you. There was NOT ONE drawer or cabinet that was not cleaned out. My snow cone maker was taken?!? My bath caddy, my Amazon boxes speakers, they might as well have taken everything. I go to find something and OHHH YEAH, remember constantly how I was robbed and my anxiety is so bad. I could barely even leave my home and got a hotel room for the weekend so they could come and go as they needed for other jobs. So out another 600$ To think I ALMOST SENT a tip. Oh yeah,I forgot, they DEMANDED TIPS ACTUALLY TOLD ME THEY WONT COME BACK UNTIL THEY KNOW THE AMOUNT OF TIPS THEY WILL get. They dumped dirty water all over my plants and when I asked about the trash they said too bad. Almost forgot the part where I paid for laundry to be done and they said they did the laundry and what they meant was that they would fold my laundry and stack it in the corner not wash it. Yeah, this is all serious, not even telling the events to an extreme. They really folded all my laundry and left it dirty, They really stole all my cleaning products, facial care. Even water jugs, Scum of society. If you want to be robbed blind and constantly reminded that you were robbed and even tell them that the items they took most were from deceased family members, sentimental. She didn’t care. I even told her to bring it back and leave on porch and all will be ok. I am really thinking about charging criminally. The video footage will make your stomach turn, but I am severely disabled and anxiety is so bad I haven’t slept in a week. If you want to be scarred and messed with call this lady. She’s great Like I said the review would be a book if I wrote all the things that were just mind blowingly horrid. I really thought that maybe the candid camera would come out at any time for a while, She didn’t even vacuum the floor with the vacuum THAT SHE STOLE, or clean the carpets with the carpet cleaner and hardwood floor cleaner (yup out another 500 Bucks) the floors are dirty and she completely said f you on the mid level bathroom, un touched. Thanks for helping out a disabled 30 year old woman and taking the ONLY MEANS OF CLEANING THE HOUSE I HAVE to make it up to a dirty but executable to your close friends and family bc they know how truly sick and mentally effed you really are. Yeah. Just look at the texts and brace yourself Wish I could give you a negative 5 star Screw you

Well for starters, I hired this company last minute with only two reviews. I wasn’t told another amount prior to the start of the service or even towards the end. I was told after I pay the amount that was agreed-upon That that they don’t think that the amount I paid was correct and they were calling someone else. So I told the woman this was that this was the agreed-upon amount and that I included a tip as well. I said goodbye and shut the door no one knocked or rang the doorbell. Then I was sent a message on this application and told that it was only an estimate and the amount agreed-upon was incorrect. In addition to this I was not too happy with the service. It wasn’t cleaned properly and service was definitely rushed. There was a massive amount of dirt left and when I asked if she could clean up the corners she said that wasn’t included in the service. To have the audacity to message me after clearly making me aware that they weren’t willing to properly clean my home and trying to up charge me as they left instead of telling me prior, I would surely never hire them again. They also said I “ slammed the door in their face“ which was definitely untrue. I would most definitely not hire them again and I feel a bit confused as to why someone would reach out after doing such things without even requesting a different amount, or telling me what they were following up regarding. Also my home was completely spotless and they didn’t have much to clean to begin with.
