I hit the jackpot with Omar! He’s fantastic, great communication, easy to work with, and incredibly professional. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me while encouraging questions. An absolute delight to have in our home. I’m so happy to have found such an amazing IT professional!
I am a CEO of small business and was in a panic over my computer issues. Omar was the most professional IT person I have ever worked with. He solved my issues in 2 hours. I would say look no more, he is your guy!!!
Omar was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within seconds! No language barrier. Worked fast and gave instructions to call with fill up concerns. Many thanks!
Excellent. Even added a symbol so I could access facebook very easy. I guess the $100 was worth it.
Omar responded to my initial inquiry quickly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He installed a new desktop and transferred the data from the old desktop to the new unit. He was punctual. His estimate for the time spent was accurate. He reassured me regarding any data security concerns that I had. His cost was much lower than the Geek Squad. I would not hesitate in recommending Omar for his expertise, punctuality, and value.
Could not be happier with the service I received! Omar installed my computer flawlessly. He was incredibly professional, arrived on time, and organized all the cables beautifully. Everything was up and running without a single hiccup. Highly recommend Omar's installation services to anyone!
