I was not asked to do a walk-through of the truck and I have been missing one bin. If I find it, I will certainly change this review. However, I have been in my rental for two and a half months and I am not seeing a bin that had clear sides on it and my robot vacuum cleaner, among other things. I cannot remember all that was in there. I'm not accusing, but it was only point A to point B, storage to an apartment house.

I would absolutely recommend On D Move for furniture transport. Peyton was quick to respond, scheduled promptly and even arrived early for pick up. He and Justice were both courteous and professional. I appreciate that they took the time to look at the location the furniture was to be delivered to, removed the old couch and replaced the new one in a flash. I reached out to On D Move and two other pros here about moving me out of my 1br apartment. They responded within half an hour I believe or sooner. I described what we would be dealing with and they gave me a very reasonable quote. I waited to book to get some other estimates and ended up going with ODM because of their timely and chill approach and they were the cheapest quote I received. They communicated very well and showed up packed my furniture and belongings carefully in their truck and were finished in about an hour and a half at the new location. Overall a great first experience with Thumbtack and movers in general. I would recommend them and use them again.

Wildly unprofessional. Texted called after 9 advising they would not arrive for an hour after scheduled start time. Attempted to change the quote at the same time contact was being made about the late start. Advised they were late because the guy checking in trucks at U-Haul was running late. I advised if I knew they had to go and rent a truck from U-Haul I could have reserved a truck weeks ago less than a mile from my house. Then we could have had the quoted start time. Peyton decided to cancel me and hung up on me. I turned around and hired professional movers the same day. I sincerely hope Peyton has all the days he deserves in the future.

Followed up for weeks and never received the insurance claim form, after paying them $150 for insurance at the time of the move. I wish I’d read the negative reviews on here and on Google before hiring.
Scam!! Wanted $100 for the truck deposit and never showed up. Never called or texted. He was called "On D Move" and the day he was supposed to show he changed his business to Trinity Movers with a red cross.
Impressive team. They were punctual and friendly and did an excellent job. I will be hiring them again. Kudos!
GHOSTED US ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE and left us hanging! DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"! I spoke with Peyton a week and a half early and scheduled a move for 10 am and thought everything was good to go. He ignored a text I sent him the night before the move but I figured he was busy. I still thought everything was good the next morning until 10:30 when he hadn't shown up and called him and his phone number wasn't working. I texted him multiple times and he ignored me but I know he read them because he left his read receipts on. I even messaged him on here and he ignored me again. That was the only day we could move and we were in a bind and scrambled for another company. It was one thing to bail on the day of but to ghost us and ignore our attempts to contact him was especially bad. I was completely friendly and cordial the entire time and have no idea why Peyton chose to screw us over.
Very responsive and flexible! I appreciated the help greatly! Unpacked my 16’ POD in 2.5 hours. They are friendly and careful and did a great job! Had some heavy awkward items and they were willing to take it all on. Would definitely hire again!
