The team did a great job and moved us quicker than what was expected. Highly recommend this great group of people.
Sam and his crew were amazing. They went above and beyond. They did amazing!
The movers did a phenomenal job ! They were quick, efficient, and very thorough with wrapping everything. The movers were communicating throughout the process to ensure the correct items were being moved. Very good job ! I do think there were a few fees that I was not tracking as apart of the final invoice, it I still do think it was worth it. I would recommend to others, and I would use them again.
Great experience. Would definitely hire again. The moving team was fantastic, friendly and did a great job.
Really great service. Moving guys work very hard. I would highly recommend for anyone needed.
I had 3 movers and they were great. Followed directions very well and didn’t stall during the moving time. Quick and efficient as possible. Highly recommend and will call them again when it’s time to move again
I can't say enough good things about On Demand Movers. Thomas responded quickly to my estimate request, and the couple times I had to make a date change, and added services. I ended up using them for some packing, in addition to the move. Both teams showed promptly, professional, polite, and they were fast but thorough. I'd definitely use them again, and refer them to others!
Marcelino, Ceasar and Sam did a great job at getting my stuff out of my UPack cubes and into my storage unit, along with getting my washer and dryer to my grandmother’s house! All items were handled with care, work was done in a timely manner, and they truly understood what I needed from this!
Upon delivery, attempted to charge us over $1000 for something we were quoted $450 for. When we refused because of the blatant and intentional miscommunication in price, the owner showed up and 3 people stood on our doorstep like thugs until we had to call the police and have them leave the property. Later on, we discovered several furniture pieces that were damaged and the handles the washer and dryer so poorly that the washer plug/valve thing underneath broke and caused lots of water and water damage when we tried to start a small load, which worked perfectly immediately before the move. Mis-quoted the move, spent an excessive amount of time folding boxes on our dime despite us having everything packed/boxed and taped per their request. Afterwards, they tried to "discount" materials that weren't even required and engaged in verbal gymnastics to persuade my girlfriend into paying their ridiculously high price. Now they are threatening to take her to small claims court. Dishonest owner, movers barely spoke English, so we couldn't even communicate with them if we wanted to. A change order should've been provided once they did the walkthrough of the apartment if they knew it was going to take twice as much time as originally anticipated. We would've never agreed to such a high price if they were more upfront about the cost. Horrible company, hope they fail in all future endeavors.
