Raz is professional, friendly and provided a detailed estimate. Communication was clear and the turnaround time was fast. Highly recommend.

Reviews
We hired ON Design to do some work replacing some termite-damaged framing and flooring in our older home. Beginning with the consultation, the team had excellent communication and were able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Once we started the project, the communication remained excellent, with our project manager giving us daily updates on the crew's progress. The crew was fantastic, working quickly and efficiently. We're very happy with the work and that they were able to finish the project within the estimated timeline. We will definitely work with them again for our future projects, and highly recommend them.
-=Update=- Since posting my original review, I've received almost a dozen phone calls and emails from the company. It seems my one-star review has become their new full-time obsession. They’ve gone from trying to resolve the issue to full-on intimidation, demanding I take the review down and repeatedly calling me a liar. Their persistent calls and behavior speak volumes, like a bad boyfriend who can't take a hint, they just won't stop. Let's just say, the fact that they've shown this side of their business has made me incredibly happy that I didn't do business with them. This is not the kind of "customer service" anyone wants—it’s more like a clingy ex who you just want to block and forget. I ended up going with a different company and I’m very happy with the results that I did get from the people I did work with, and it was at a fifth of the cost that OnDesign were going to charge! I do not recommend onDesign! -_-_-_-_ I called this company for a quote on a small job. They refused to provide even a ballpark estimate over the phone and insisted on a two-day wait for an in-person appointment. When they finally arrived, I was told there's a $10,000 minimum for all jobs. They then spent a significant amount of time trying to upsell me on other projects to meet their minimum. I had made it very clear from the start that I had a small job, and it was a complete waste of my time to have them come out just to find this out.
It was a pleasure working with Raz and Sofia. They are punctual, professional, and very responsive. When we first started, we didn’t know how we wanted to renovate our backyard. Raz and Sofia were very helpful in giving us ideas and feedbacks. During the renovation, our backyard flooded due to unknown reason (not caused by them), they were able to figure out the cause quickly and fixed problem. We were very impressed by their responsiveness and troubleshooting skills. Now the job is done, we are very happy with our backyard. Highly recommended!
The team was very good at putting together our very small laundry room. We originally hired another company. They realized the job was too big for them. Your company came in and saved the day. Thank you so much.
Great working with Raz
This was honestly in all the projects I've had done in the past the best one in a while. Shockingly very professional and on point. If you get a chance ask for Raz he's the associate I worked with and took care of everything. I am very pleased and so are my neighbors as they take pictures of my front door as they pass by taking a stroll. That's what I had installed was my front door for that wow factor curb appeal. Don't hesitate with these guys give them a try. Thanks again Raz!
Excellent work repairing apartment balcony, and repairing and painting front and fascia. Communication regarding each phase of the project was excellent. Would definately recommend this contractor!
ON Design and Remodeling completed a partial bathroom remodel for us last month. The work quality was very good, they were punctual and communicated daily regarding the work status, complete with daily pictures. We are very happy with the results.
In the future, I would start with finding a contractor before buying anything. Unexpected problems with unleveled walls increased the stress. At the end, the contractor with his crew were able to come up with workarounds to overcome the problems. Solving problems increased the cost of the project.
Our Murphy bed project went very smoothly. Roi was always in contact to make sure we were happy with how things were going.
I contacted ON Design & Remodeling to help bring some much needed curb appeal to my recently purchased manufactured home, and I’m so glad I did! I chose them because of their many wonderful reviews, as well as their work ethic. I am so pleased with the results, and now I’m happy to add my own 5+ star review. My project manager, Raz, was a pleasure to work with! He listened to my vision, and happily answered my many questions. He was on site often making sure things were progressing nicely and to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the work. The crew was on time and worked hard every day, and I could tell they took care to make sure every detail was just right. It turned out nicer than I could have ever imagined. The online accounting system was smooth and easy to use, and I knew exactly what was due and when, making my recordkeeping a breeze. It was nice that the payments were staggered at each phase of the job. My neighbors are raving about the work, and my new curb appeal! I have such a smile on my face when I come home at the end of the day to see my vision come true. Thank you ON Design team!
We recently worked with ON design and remodeling on our deck installation project, and the results were exceptional! From the very beginning, Raz and his team exhibited a high level of professionalism and expertise, guiding us through each step with care and transparency. They took the time to understand our vision and made thoughtful recommendations, helping us select high-quality materials that suited our style and specifications. Throughout the project, Raz maintained excellent communication, keeping us updated on progress and promptly addressing any questions we had. The transformation of our deck has not only enhanced the aesthetic of our home but has also created a functional and inviting space for us. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. We are thrilled with our new deck and highly recommend ON Design and Remodeling to anyone looking for top-notch service and exceptional results.”
Although we didn't get the chance to work together due to my job not meeting their minimum requirement, they were professional, considerate, and attentive. :-)
Raz is a very nice guy. He provided a lot of useful information on my construction.
