Joel did a great job with addressng some finishing issues wth my baseboards after a flooring replacement. Looks great and was able to do the work pretty quickly after I contacted him. His pricing is very reasonable and comes with a warranty. Will definitely hire him again!

If you have a vision how you want to looks like Joel is the one who can execute it beautifully! We just moved into our old house and the bathroom needs some works to be livable. I got what I want to live comfortably
Very friendly, professional, and commutative! He came in and got straight to work, replacing my bathroom mirror which was glued to the wall and faucet which had the pedestal sink caulked to the wall! He removed everything so fast with no damage! I then had him replace the light fixture and add dimmer switches to a couple outlets! Needless to say he’s a jack of all trades and completed all my tasks effortlessly!
So impressed with the quality of On the Level’s work. Installed my new faucet in record time. Super professional and very clean. Will be hiring for more services in the future.

Joel was so awesome to work with. I was the one that setup the appointment and he replied immediately. He got us onto his schedule so we didn’t have a very long wait and he was great about letting us know when he was going to arrive (which is always appreciated). The work was outstanding and he cleaned everything up before he left. This is the second time he has worked for us and I’m thinking we have the beginnings of a long term professional relationship.
After Home Depot telling me installation of my new dishwasher would require a special wiring accommodation and a replacement of my water intake valve Joel at On The Level was able to take care of my install without a lot of extra work at the Home Depot install crew insisted that we needed. Even with slight wiring required of the box as Bosch advised he was in an out right at two hours. Very happy with the job would recommend him again

Brought my vision to life for my stairs while working through complications of the project, ensured I had all the materials, even running to get more when needed, finished the job quickly and professionally.
Nice guys but very poor communication and scheduling issues. Overbooked. Not considerate of our time and needs. Did not add us to schedule on original date they themselves had suggested and we accepted- had to squeeze us in a small window. Rescheduled 3 times for follow up to finish what should have been done in one day. Will need to tape off/ cover up cracked areas left to prevent water getting into it.
I decided on a 3 star review for this business. There is some good and some bad. So it ends up in the middle. The good: professional tech, good value on service, got me in quite quickly The bad: the faucet they chose for replacing as a “similar” one to the faucet I had feels quite cheap. I don’t know how long this one will last before it starts leaking. Overall: if I had to do it over again I would have asked more questions about the new faucet. I told them just that I was looking for a “similar” faucet to the one I had. My suspicions are that this faucet won’t last very long and I’ll be back in the same position looking for a replacement before too long. However like so many nowadays I have been stretched to the limit financially and had to do what I can. Working with this company would probably work for many however just make sure you know what kind of product you’re getting in return.
I wish I could check all boxes! Joel was fantastic, 10/10 I highly recommend On the Level.
