I gladly recommend Mark from On The Mark Home Services! A recent nor'easter caused significant damage to our screened-in porch, blowing out several large 10-foot-by-3-foot aluminum screen panels and tearing the screens. This was far from a typical screen repair, especially since the panels were more than 10 feet off the ground. Rather than replacing the entire frames, Mark salvaged and rebuilt the existing aluminum frames, installed new screening, and carefully reinstalled the panels. He ensured that the screens were securely fastened by using longer mounting screws to better protect against future storms. Mark was knowledgeable, thorough, and hardworking. He was careful and committed to doing things right. He turned what could have been an expensive replacement project into a successful repair. I am pleased with the results and recommend him for such repairs!

Mark was absolutely amazing! Such a sweet, genuine guy who knows his stuff. He literally picked up my PlayStation and dropped it back off, which made everything so convenient as a college student. He even had to order a part for my PS5 to make sure everything was taken care of. I was hesitant to take it somewhere like Best Buy, and I’m SO glad I found him instead! Super kind, professional, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his customers. I couldn’t recommend him enough! 10/10 experience!!
We had our window screens repaired and replaced. I found it hard to find someone who does this kind of work. He was very thorough and efficient in his work. Furthermore, his rates were very reasonable.
Mark helped dismount old tv and mount/install new TV. It was a quick and easy experience. Mark is a true-pro when it comes to this type of work and id highly recommend him to others
Amazing to work with. Punctual, clean, knowledgeable. Handled a bunch of different tasks and made an awesome custom built in shelving for a closet on site. Highly recommended.
Got the job really quick with relevant advise on improvements we can do to the window. Great work!
Mark made a custom closet shelf and rod system. He was easy to work with and did a great job. Thank you!
Fast response, installed a bug screen for up stairs window and I am happy with the work
Mark did an excellent job mounting my TV. He was knowledgeable, responsive, easy to schedule with, and arrived right on time. He even saved me money by helping me realize my TV had come with the proper wall mount, which I had stored away and forgotten about. He took the time to measure everything carefully, advised me on the right height and centering, and made sure everything was exact. He also did a very clean job running the wires through the wall, vacuumed up afterward, helped install the frame around the TV, and made sure everything was level and working properly. He offered to make any adjustments before leaving, but there was nothing to change. He got it perfect on the first try. Professional, meticulous, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely use Mark again.
Mark was very responsive and got the job done very well.
Mark was considerate, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely use him again for other projects.
Mark came in. Knew exactly what needed to be done and worked diligently and quickly to make it happen. I had a clear OTA Antenna driven picture on my TV in no time. Excellent experience.
We were in a jam with our smoke alarms at home, needing some wiring work done ASAP. They responded immediately and were at our door first thing in the morning. They even proactively stepped in to help with some of our other alarms that needed similar work. 10/10 service!
Had an AC window unit installed: Mark responded quickly, with a fair price, and was able to get the work done fast. I would use him again and recommend his service.
Mark was great. Very professional and extremely helpful. Will use him again.
Mark did a fantastic job installing my new AC unit into its window sleeve. Not only was he incredibly quick. He finished everything in just 30 minutes, and he was also super tidy. To top it off, he helped me take the old unit to the recycling center for a small fee, saving me a ton of hassle. Five stars all around!
Mark was available and at my home within 60 minutes of posting on Thumbtack. He put together a closet unit and even secured or to the wall. He was profesional, tidy, and efficient. He gave me his price before he came out and accepted payment when the job was complete. I'm very happy with his work and would rehire him again.
Mark was personable, professional, and very methodical in hanging both our Samsung frame TV and floating desk. Would absolutely hire again.
