We had a misunderstanding regarding replacing a faucet, but they came back and fixed the issue at cost, and also installed a fan for me. I will definitely be using One Call Again.

The technician was unable to fix an issue for Bidet but other fixed it. Nonetheless, the technician at this company charged me. It is not fair.
He called within 10 minutes, showed up at the beginning of the window, fixed our problem within 5 minutes and then charged us pennies for the service. I understand why he has all 5 stars. I’ll be going back for literally anything he can fix.
I couldn't be happier with the work he did installing my AC unit. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right. What really stood out was how much he cared about making sure I was completely satisfied with the final result. He went above and beyond by not only completing the installation but also including a nice cover for the unit, which was a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was working properly, and didn't leave until he knew I was happy with the job. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend him and would gladly hire him again for future projects.

Lay out total costs clearly. I thought it would be 59 as advertised. Was told my unit needed a new capacitor, repair tech replaced it. Work was finished and tech began to walk away from his completed task, unit made a noise tech said (that's weird) tech checked & said my compressor was now out. Had me pay him $99 sent me 3 quotes that I will never be able to afford.
Kevin was available same-day to come take a look at our A/C and provide an estimate, which was explained in detail. He came back the next day to provide a leak test, and kept us updated of his arrival time. It was great to have such prompt service on short notice. I’m happy to have found Kevin and will have him back in a month to complete the repairs on our A/C unit. Thank you!
