Reviews
OSPM promptly returned our phone calls, when we were searching for a property maintenance Contractor. They visited & toured our site at the appointed time, and gave us a timely and detailed Proposal. They negotiated in good faith, and we came to a satisfactory agreement. Their subsequent work on our site has been first rate, as promised. Competitive pricing, excellent work performed, and many services available above the contract on a as-needed basis. We couldn't be more satisfied with OSPM. We definitely would recommend them to anyone ! And thank you to Thumbtack for getting us in touch with them & others Contractors.
The trees were trimmed and the property was left very clean! They did a great job! Will definitely hire them in the future for other jobs!
Not professional.
The worst experience. One thing we asked to make sure that he does not burry the sprinklers, we even put up flags where they were located. Ended up burying them anyway. Said he will come to fix it, then said that we should just dig it out ourselves because it’s so easy, then after another month of back and forward texting (because he will not pick up the phone) he said he does not know how to work with sprinklers. Since he did not show up for over 2 months the grass started dying because the water is pooling underground from the broken sprinklers.
A no show for an estimate
Rob was super easy to work with, listened to my needs and delivered. Very happy with the work provided and the timeliness. He was on top of everything. Will definitely recommend.
Accidentally requested a quote for an indoor job and this business made me feel so stupid! “You do realize you reached out to a landscaping company.” Obviously I didn’t, I saw construction on their profile and misread. Point is I would never want to nor would I ever recommend working with someone whose response is rude as opposed to something like “oh sorry we can’t help we only do landscaping.” Good luck hiring this one you all!
