My name is Adrian or a lot of people call me Candid short for Onecandidvisual I am a Photographer/Videographer based in Northwest side of Chicago I have been doing photography for about 4 years now i have done weddings, portraits, models, families, new borns, product etc. I work out of a studio so we can do in studio or outdoors also any type of event! Adrian was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and our interactions were friendly during the photoshoot, maybe too friendly as later I felt my kindness was took for weakness. My photoshoot was on September 4, and I was told I would receive the proofs that same night so I could choose my photos. Instead, I received them on September 14, 10 days later after repeatedly following up by text and looking like a beggar. Having to chase something I had been promised made me feel that my time and business weren’t respected. The proofs also appeared to be missing some of the photos from our session, but by that point, I was frustrated and chose not to pursue it. My package included eight edited photos per shoot, across two shoots, yet I only found three from each that I liked enough to select. The retouching was another disappointment. He continues to play with my respect as the edits came back AI generated, while specific blemishes and facial stubble I had explicitly asked to have removed beforehand were still visible. Looking at his portfolio it is clear he can do retouches so I am not sure why he went the AI route. At that point I ended our discussions and spent even more money to have it retouched by someone else. I don’t enjoy leaving a negative review. Adrian comes across as a decent person, but the missed deadlines, repeated follow-ups, and disappointing retouching overshadowed the positive first impression. I hope he takes this feedback seriously and improves his communication, reliability, and attention to detail for future clients.
Overall I'm very satisfied with the results. Very professional, booked with less than a week before my event and he was there right on time. Quality of pictures and video was great.
Our baby shower photos came out absolutely beautiful! He captured every moment perfectly and made us feel so comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!

Adrian was really great to work with and his work capturing moments was really special. My now wife and I have really wonderful and beautiful pictures to look back on. What I really appreciate is his demeanor and professionalism. He made everyone comfortable and had a wonderful disposition. We plan on having a larger wedding with extended friends and family. This was my mom's 60th bday party. It was a pleasure to work with Adrian. Very professional punctual, friendly, flexible and very responsible. Our pictures were so beautiful that I still have a hard time making my selection for the album. Special thanks to all he did that night for capturing very special moments. Everyone was coming up to me and commenting how good he was with interacting with everyone.

Adrian has been the best photographer that I’ve booked so far on thumbtack. He was extremely professional, punctual and asked many questions beforehand to learn more about the specific shots I wanted for the event (my grandmother’s 90th). Wonderful experience for me and my baby. Environment was lovely and clean. I truly enjoyed my first photoshoot and so did my baby. Made us feel comfortable and had great directions for poses. Definitely would book again.
