In the beginning, it was great, he answered very quickly and said that he would remove the snow from my house after a big snowfall. He asked for $175, I asked him if he would do it for 135 at any time he chooses it doesn’t have to be the same day. He agreed to the price he even sent an invoice. I even confirmed the number which I was supposed to pay him using Zelle. When I return home, nothing had been done. It is already 10 PM and I’m now shoveling my own driveway when I have work tomorrow morning at 5 AM at a hospital mind you as a healthcare provider. When I checked Thumbtack this morning at 9 AM, which is Tuesday the day he said he would do the Snow, he mentioned that actually the price was $225. He also said that he would call me multiple times to confirm the new price and I did not respond At the very least, he has very bad communication requiring multiple confirmations for a single job even after you have his invoiced but I tend to think he is just a scumbag trying to scam you when you’re most desperate raising the price by nearly $100
Highly recommend this snow removal service. They responded incredibly fast when I reached out, which was a huge relief, and communication was excellent from start to finish. The snow removal itself was outstanding, very thorough and professionally done. Everything was cleared better than expected, and the whole process was completely stress free. Reliable, responsive, and clearly takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be using them again.
They did a great job with my driveway sidewalk and even helped my neighbor out! Would definitely recommend them
This person never showed up to do the job. Kept putting me off and at the end didn’t answer my calls or text. Do not recommend.
Excellent work. I will definitely hire again. Thank you guys for showing up and being thorough, professional and getting the job done without flaw.
