Very rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment and waited as scheduled. When I called to follow up on the contractor’s arrival, I was told they needed to contact him to check his status. After additional waiting, I was informed that the contractor had called in sick. The receptionist either did not know this information or pretended she did. She then asked if I would like to reschedule—why should I reschedule after being stood up and given a cheap apology? This company was completely disrespectful and wasted my time and money. Shame on them.
