Ashley was the consummate professional. She met me exactly where I was with my level of fitness and never made me feel bad about things I couldn’t do. Her studio is in a convenient location. She was flexible and willing to train at a time that worked best for my schedule. The meal plan she provided was easy to follow. I look forward to being able to resume training with her in the future.
