Christopher was very friendly. He made me feel comfortable. He explained everything to me and told me what needed to be done. He understood I was on a fixed income and told me he would work with me and we could do things at a pace that would work for my budget. I believe him to be trustworthy and definitely didn’t try to take advantage of the fact I am a woman. You will not regret using Christopher and history expertise. By the way he is a veteran, so be sure to thank him for his service.

About Operation Alpha Dogs Construction
With 8 years in business as a veteran-owned and operated company, my focus is simple: quality work and honest communication. I never cut corners—whether I’m installing a toilet or faucet, repairing plumbing drains, handling handyman projects, working on home remodeling, or servicing your heating system. Customers come first: your needs, your budget, and your vision. I’m always transparent about what’s needed, what it costs, and what you can expect. My small team of three treats every home with respect, and we don’t leave until you’re fully satisfied with the results. If you need reliable help with plumbing, repairs, home updates, installations, or heating system maintenance, let’s talk about your project and get it done right, with the same discipline and dedication I learned in the military.

Professional, reasonable, timely, knowledgeable... did our kitchen, living room, and bathroom ceiling after having significant water damage. Will be hiring again for roof/foundation issues. Great guys!!!
Chris got our furnace back up and heating after a slight panick when we switched the system over to heat and discovered it was not kicking on. Resourceful professional.
Had trouble finding water turnoff, said would be $75 charge for disposal which was not disclosed ahead of time and last installer did not charge.
Chris and his team did everything they could to make sure that the installations and repairs needed were the best quality they could be. Appreciated the extra effort and transparency throughout the process.
Helped install a new toilet and remove the old one in no time flat. Would hire again
by not charging a 200 fee just to provide an estimate! WHAT A RACKET, and MONEY GRAB!!!!! STAY AWAY
they never called or showed up to do the job
We had a kitchen light replaced with a new light and fan. We also had an outdoor light for the front porch.
I’m really happy with the work chris and his team did for me. As soon as I paid him, he got started the very next day with no delays. He was easy to talk to, professional, and kept good communication the whole time. The wall installation came out so clean and looks amazing. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. What I liked most is that he worked fast but still made sure everything was done right. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for wall installations, doors, or any kind of home work. Great experience overall.
Chis & his team finished the remodel of my bathroom. They did an outstanding job in all areas including: preparing walls, painting walls/trim/accents on door. Removing sink/toilet fixing floor & putting new flooring down, replacing toilet & sink along with putting new faucet in. Replacing new wall cabinet & medicine cabinet with new ones. Replacing toilet seat/handle, hooks on door, door handle & new hinges (fixing one too!) Caulking & touching up anything Chris observed. I am probably forgetting something but amazing quality of work along with attentive & meticulous to detail coming back to make sure work was completed to high perfection. Entire team was kind, professional, respectful to me, my home & fur-babies! Worked around my schedule @ needs. Recommended items that turned out to be perfect suggestions! I highly recommend this team to complete the project you are needing done!
Chris is the best guy i worked with in the area, he is so professional, reliable, turst worthy with the best prices, and responsivness. He replaced a toilet for us and made sure all is working perfectly before leaving, he even cleaned after the job was done, and he is soo respectful.
We were very happy with the work done on our kitchen sink. He communicated everything that needed to be done. Professional and efficient—highly recommend!
I had an emergency today. My side entry door would not shut all of a sudden. I needed to have someone do something right away. I went to Thumbtack and ended up with Chris at Operation Alpha Dogs Construction. He contacted me almost immediately after I posted the problem and said he’d have it fixed today. When he arrived and inspected the problem, it turned out it was the entire door casing that needs to be replaced. I was not ready for that but he was able to do a temporary fix for now so that I can sleep better knowing the door now shuts and locks. He was very professional and fair price wise. He took the time to show me the problem and explain why it happened. I will not hesitate to hire Chris for any future jobs , of which I have many. Thank you!
We needed new steps with railings done quickly before my son was released from St. Luke rehab due to a compound fracture of his ankle and other injuries. I contacted Chris and he responded right away. He looked at the job that night and gave us a reasonable estimate. He started the next morning and was done in two days. He did a beautiful job. It is well built and looks wonderful. Thank you for your quick response and great work.
